I was prospecting owner Mark Cleary regarding business and asked him if he would like me to generate a proposal. He agreed, and for several months following, has never responded to my requests for a follow-up meeting. I have received excuse after excuse by his staff that Mark has told them to tell me. I have no problem with someone not wanting to do business with me. What I find extremely unprofessional is Mark wasting my time.
As a professional, I would never disrespect someone with lack of communication. I would share with them that yes, I'm interested in doing business with you, or that I''m no longer interested. I believe I saw at least one other review here, regarding lack of communication from this company. I would never do business with someone, or an organization like this.
