I'm currently working on a book/booklet, which 50 copies are needed at this time. The book consist of 20 pages, 8.5 by 14; no 2-sided; 4 of the pages are collage of pictures, therefore would like those on photo paper 65 lb; all other pages to be printed on nice 65 lb paper, which some of the pages have color on it. Pages will not be folded instead bound with a printed color cardstock cover and back....

I require an initial order of 10,000 black and white instructions inserts in which 4 can fit on an 8.5 by 11 sheet. I need the 8.5 by 2.25 inches to be folded to a size of either: 1 1/2 square or 2 inches by 1 inch. In other words, I require 2,500 8.5 x 11 sheets to be printed in black and then cut into four equal pieces then folded to either 2 inch by 1 inch or 1.5 inch square.
