I went in to inquire about how to get images on a hard drive printed there and they told me off of an external hard drive. I asked if I could email images and was told NO. So I came back, brought in an external hard drive (which is no different than a flash drive except it's bigger and holds more space btw.) After driving over half an hour to get simple copies made off of a hard drive they told me that for "security reasons" they could not take images off of my hard drive. What?!?
It's my hard drive and I'm giving them permission and so there's no security issue. Then told me I could email them. What?!? Obviously I would have done that. They obviously have no idea what they're doing because this is one of the most simple processes ever.

The VP recently reproduced 28 pages of large format 24 x 36 architectural drawings for me which were flawless. After 100's of hours of prep. final presentation to clients, contractors and code officers is critical: VP did an excellent job quickly, and at a fair cost. I highly recommend their services. OfficeMax cannot compete.
