Bert is the man! I came to him for signs on a two days notice and he was able to help me get sorted for my Covid testing business VERY quickly, his signs are very high quality, withstanding both beating sun and pounding rain with no visible signs of damage his prices are very fair, I would definitely use his service again when needed.

10 stars to Venice Blue! Called them on a Tuesday at noon in need of resumes printed out last minute. They (I believe it was Bert) answered and got them printed and in a folder for me in less than 10 minutes! I know my order wasn't very big but the owner I'm assuming helped me out and hooked me up! I am very appreciative of this kind gesture and for that I absolutely have to leave you the best review! Thank you!

I am writing this 5-star review solely based off the experience I had with Yelp!'s "Request a Quote" features and Bert's fast responsiveness to the needs of my project. It was a last minute project that I needed to get expedited and I had intended to make this pick up after I arrived at LAX from a flight. I let him know that my flight would be arriving pretty close to their closing time and was willing to wait for me to make the pick up.

I unfortunately could not follow through with the project but felt compelled to give this company a high-rating as the nature of my project demanded prompt responses and I found their pricing to be quite reasonable! If I'm ever in the area or know of any friends or family in the area, I'll be recommending this company. I don't doubt they'll be able to deliver well with their services!

I have been using Venice Blueprint for as many as fifteen years and it was really bad when they moved over to this location but now they have completely new ownership and they are completely on top of their game again. Whenever I send them a job their turnaround is literally within an hour or two - every single time! It is a whole new operation and I highly recommend them as they have been incredibly helpful to me over the past few months!

Needed to get some blueprints printed and these guys took care of it fast and affordably. Within 1 hour of sending them my file, it was completed and ready for pickup.

The new owners of this print shop have completely improved customer service and quality control. Since May 2017, anytime I send them an order for architectural large format prints, they have my prints ready in 30 minutes or less. Yesterday, they had my job ready within 10 minutes! Thank you for offering our area a great alternative local service to Fedex Office. You have earned my confidence and I will spread the word to my colleagues.

I've gone to Venice Blue many times to print 24x36 building plans. Bert has always done a great job getting everything printed quickly and correctly. One time there was an issue with the fonts in one of my PDFs and Bert worked with me to keep trying until we got everything printed correctly. The prices are also lower than any other blueprint place I've gone.

Forcefully I need to put a star but this place doesn't even deserve that. Horrible. Absolutely horrible. I was speechless at how rude they were. We went in to get some prints because according to their hours on Yelp they were open; which they weren't they were closed. So I called in and there was so much noise in the background I couldn't hear what the guy on the phone was saying, finally he said he would be there in 20 minutes.

I called back an hour after asking if the prints where ready and that I would be there in 25 min he said "I'm not there I'm no more then 5 minutes away at the very maximum but your prints should be ready." I showed up to the place closed again, I called again just to ask if they were even open today and just to get the worst costumer service I have never been talked to by a "business" before, I was told that they weren't there only when I needed them (mind you this is the first time I have come here) that they were out doing deliveries (then don't have open hours on Yelp) and that I couldn't tel them HOW TO DO THEIR JOB. DO NOT COME HERE the business is a nasty hole in the wall they don't even clean the windows it looks abandoned, I came here as a reference and I will never come back. Just horrible.

Horribly enraging! I'm writing this review while sitting outside Venice Blueprint and Copy. Why am I sitting outside your ask because it's 3:15pm in the afternoon in the front doors locked. Why is it locked because they are the most you're irresponsible printing company I've ever used. When I called them they picked up the phone after three tries.

Some guy who sounded drunk said that they were on their lunch break. I then told him I just drove 45 minutes to get you to print an important architectural plan drawing. He then told me will be done in 30-35 minutes. I explained that it was urgent I have this file printed today and then he just hung up. For print company company you think that at least have the decency to post their hours and "lunch break" on the front window.

If You don't believe my review step inside the store and see how much of a disaster this print shop is. I'm astonished that even stay in business let alone produce any income. I do you have to admit I did have something printed your PC two weeks ago and the quality was so bad that my teacher a UCLA drafting professor rejected it. Don't waste your time and have anything done here take it to ARC.

I sincerely hope this review makes you guys clean up your act. If you can't, don't advertise your business to working professionals who depend on quality and fast printing.

These guys are the best! They are very friendly, great at following detailed instructions, and are extremely quick to turn around prints. They have the best prices around, and their free pickup and delivery service has been amazingly helpful! I started using them for architectural prints a year or two ago, when my personal plotter died. and now I can't believe that I ever wasted time printing stuff myself.
