I was happy to find University Fashions in Williamstown, NJ through a Search on " Embroidery Near Me" on my phone. During this Pandemic I discovered that my Cherry Hill vendor had gone out of business and several other embroidery listings would not embroider on my new Medical Practice Coats. I like a variety of styles to change my MD office coats around and prefer a lighter weight non-traditional coat during the summer and a heavier coat during the colder months.

As a female MD I don't like to have to wear white coats that were really designed for a male figure and I have discovered a few companies that design better for a woman and have unique configuration of pockets, unique buttons, and other details. I am changing and washing my coats more frequently during this pandemic and have seperate white coats now just for hospital visits and seperate coats for my office medical practice.

I needed more coats and consider my medical coats part of my Personal Protective Equipment during this Pandemic. I called on a whim and Zachary James the owner told me " to come on over" which I did. The Silk Embroidery of my name and Practice Specialty were perfect with tight stiches, the colors really pop, I have washed one coat already and no bleeding and or running which is why Embroidery is my preference.

The turn around was the next day and he even offered same day service if I needed it. It is apparent that he can meet many embroidery needs with customized work, quality work, different styles, and colors. He also has an Online Web based Business where you can order work from this Family Run Business from anywhere in the country. I like to support local businesses and he definitely has my business.

Zack is absolutely the best around and is a real pleasure to work with. If you want top notch embroidery at an affordable cost. I strongly suggest you make your way to University Fashions. I promise you won't be disappointed.

I placed an order for a single item on May 11th, 2019 as a sample to see their quality of work in hopes that we could order in bulk afterwards. At the time the order was placed I was informed that processing and delivery would only take 1-2 weeks. It has now been nearly a month and I have heard nothing. I have attempted to email their customer support center but the email is not valid.

I attempted to submit a help ticket on their website which also did not work. Lastly, I have tried calling their office number on their website and received no calls back. I am very disappointed at the level of customer service I am experiencing considering the reviews that University Fashions has on all their platforms. I definitely will NOT be doing business here again.

The headbands I ordered came with someone else's logo, despite me emailing and calling to make sure the correct logo was used. They never answer the phone or call me back. Terrible customer service. Very disappointing

They did a great job embroidering shirts and a jacket for my daughter with the Xfinity logo. Of course we wondered if they'd do a good job since she found them on Google but in the end the logo they did looked better then the shirts she was given by Comcast. My son will be using them too to get stuff embroidered as he works for Comcast too. For anyone needing Xfinity clothes, she's already paid the logo digitizing fee so shirts cost $7. You can't beat it.

University Fashions has been providing us with quality items at a great cost for years. Zachary is very helpful and we enjoy doing business with him!
