My company hired united reprographics to print signs for a sign project. On the initial delivery there were many missing signs. When we contacted them to resolve the issue they became argumentative. When we eventually received the missing signs, they were printed in the wrong color on the wrong material. When we attempted to get this corrected, Michael Barrett, President of United Reprographics told us that he doesn't want to work on this project anymore and refused to complete the job that was already paid for. If you want results, we recommend that you use a different printing company.
