Doug and I started this business in 2004 out of our garage at our home because the quality, service and pricing of the other Tri-State printing companies was questionable. They had been the only show in town for so long that they became complacent to their customers. Pride in our community, pride in our work, pride in ourselves and pride in our clients who choose to do business with us.
We try to anticipate questions you might have about our PRODUCT / SERVICE and provide the answers here. If you need additional information send email. We strive to work on a 3-10 business day turnaround- from the time we receive your order until the finished goods are ready for shipment. However prior to production we must receive your final approval to all artwork and designs and receive either a purchase order or 50% deposit. The artwork is the most important part of the process, so we want to make sure it is right and has your approval.

Having an extensive background in customer service and hospitality, he decided to team up with Louie to open Colorado River Tees, LLC in September 2004. Doug is the companies Chief Executive Officer. In 2009 the owners decided to rename the business to Totally Awesome Printing, because that was what their customers would always say to them, when they would pick up their products. They needed a name that was not location specific and was catchy so that people could remember it. That is how Totally Awesome Printing by Colorado River Tees, LLC came into existence.
Doug has received extensive training from Hirsch International, in Santa Ana, California for embroidery design, digitizing, and design layout. We aspire to create and embroider only the best product possible, for our customers. Working for 10 years in the grocery service industry, he wants to ensure that everyone that makes Totally Awesome Printing by Colorado River Tees, LLC their choice for embroidered and printed garments is 100% satisfied.

Doug and his staff did an AMAZING JOB. We totally forgot to print some postcard sized flyers and a banner for a conference we were in town for. We called them on Monday, and picked up the products on Tuesday after several emails from them to make sure we got the products we were looking for. They were great. Would highly reccomend them if you need quality work and great customer service!

We had a historical document almost 130 years old that we needed copied. The Operations Manager, Clay Parker, gave us excellent personal service. Before handling the document (which he asked permission to do) he thoroughly cleaned and dried his hands. Then he cleaned the glass on the machine. He then made perfect custom copies of the document. He was courteous, friendly and the cost was very reasonable. If you need anything copied, printed or designed we would highly recommend this company. On a scale of 1-10 they get an 11+.

This Company is a Rare find in our area. They are professional, courteous and timely. They made the lettering of our Business advertising for our Fifth Wheel. Doug made corrections to the Font, which made it so much easier to read. The installation was done carefully and precisely. We highly recommend them for any printing and Graphic need.

I have been going there for years and always received a professional service. This year was far from it. They had my order for 2 weeks with no outcome. I had to take my order to a other print shop. I would have appreciate a call telling me they may not get to it for a while. I am the one that kept calling and finally had enough.

I have known Doug and Louie from their printing company for a few years now. We have a company that is International and we do business in America. WE have utilized their printing company on numerous occasions, with the best pricing and they deliver on time.
