Top Promotions

We ordered shirts for our employees and had issues with two of the shirts. Our sales rep Jon went above and beyond in helping us correct this and he also went out of his way to deliver the shirts back to me! We will definitely use them again as customer service is very high standard for them. Thank you to all of the staff at Top Promotions for a great first experience.

Top Promotions does a great job on all our projects big or small. Recently we wanted a 12 color screen print for apparel, the art team worked closely with us to assure all the colors came out right before the project was printed, the t-shirts are a huge hit with our customers.

I love Top Promotions. We've worked with Josh for quite a while now. I work for a small company. We receive great products at a reasonable price. I have a few companies that I used for our products over the years since I started at this company, but Top Promotions is by far my favorite as far as customer service, going above and beyond to get us what we are looking for (or helping if we're not sure what we're looking for), great delivery time, and an excellent product.

Our consultant is Josh Zych and he is great! He always provides me timely service and works with me to find whatever a competitor is offering.

Paint the woods pink is just a blatant attempt to sell merchandise. The whole pink hunting promotion is just rediculous. I bet it was men that came up with that junk!

Take home message: I would not recommend Top Promotions to my friends and I do not plan on doing business with them again. The folks I worked with at Top Promotions are seriously lacking in customer service skills. I placed several orders with Top Promotions and had multiple problems with them. All orders were initiated 3 months before agreed upon due dates.

On the first order Top Promotions did not meet the deadlines we agreed upon due to their failure to communicate a time sensitive approval needed within a day to move forward with the project. The result was a three week delay in my order past the agreed upon deadline. The second order was also delayed. Top Promotions notified me the day before it was supposed to be delivered that it would be a week late causing my promotional materials to be delivered after the event was done. Additionally, Top Promotions made significant errors on my invoice several times charging me hundreds of dollars over my order.

If I had not checked the invoices carefully and compared the numbers to what they had originally told me, they would not have noticed the mistakes. Product quality was fine, but again, I checked over everything carefully and found some unacceptable items which they replaced.

We order the following items from Top Promotions: Our Pens-because the average pen has 7 owners. Reusable Totes to give to clients so they can take them to the gym, grocery stores, etc. and T-shirts not just for our staff, but also our guests love to wear them.they're very cute and comfy! We work with Josh who is always prompt in communications, accommodating to our budget and attentive to timely turnarounds.
