Excellent customer service and follow up. Tony was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made the eddm process simple and easy to understand.

Tony, the owner was so unbelievably helpful. I needed a rushed order and he made sure to personally deliver them to me so that I would have them on time. Communication was great throughout the whole process. The prints came out perfect and thanks to the great customer service, I was able to optimize them further before they were sent to print. All in all a great service and I will be using them again!

Working with Tony from The Print Cafe has been a pleasure. I sent him proofs of what we were looking for and he redesigned the prints to be more eye catching and popping to the viewer. Regarding the print, he set the expectation of 10 business days and I had the order delivered within one week. The quality of service along with the professionalism was great. Everything worked great until they printed a poor quality flyer. I brought it to there attention & this is what she said. *The bottom line is this. If you give a previously printed job to work from the results cannot be guaranteed. I am not going to reprint a job from a scan. You should be sending me the original file so that you can achieve the best results.

I am not refunding any money because the job was printed from a scan and regardless how it looks on your monitor the printed product is the actual result of the scan. I don't understand why you do not have original native files to print from. The only way to uphold your high standards is to provide high quality original files not a previously printed flyer.

My company has been working with Tony and The Print Cafe for some time now. I love the personalized service most of all. If I need assistance or guidance with ordering materials, the company always makes themselves available to me. They personally deliver my posters and other items to avoid shipping damages- that's the kind of quality service you get.

They would rather hand deliver an item than risk you getting a product that's lesser than. I'll continue to use them for everything- you can't ask for more from an established company. Great job guys, keep it going!
