From the mid-1980s until the late 1990s, we were a division of a manufacturer under contract to a large accounting software company. We manufactured the Checks and Forms from orders placed by the customers who purchased the software company's accounting software programs.

All orders are to be entered and verified by the customer. We require a voided check or a bank MICR spec sheet for all new check or deposit ticket orders to verify the account information. Your order will not move forward until we have received either the voided check or bank MICR spec sheet. Errors and Omissions are limited to the replacement cost of the product(s).

Provide your company name and either your previous order/invoice number or your customer number. If you do not have either, please provide the bank name and the last four digits of the bank account number. We will email you with any follow-up questions. Once we have received your email, we will send you an order confirmation for you to review. New online orders placed using this site will be available for reorder using the Order Again feature.
