Silk Screen Printing is the absolute best. Marc Deley and his team went above and beyond to accommodate a last-minute order and even delivered it directly to me as I was onsite managing the logistics of a large national conference. The communication was excellent and customer service beyond anything I have ever experienced. I highly recommend! Also, the quality of the shirts was fantastic and the price just right. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Silk Screen Printing. Marc took on my one-item custom order and made my (somewhat low quality) graphic look great on a hat. He was extremely responsive by email and text and actually hand delivered my order because he was nearby. High quality, professional, and personal service! Thanks, Marc!

We've been dealing with Silk Screen Printing for years. Not only do they provide high quality screen printing and embroidery, but their turnaround time and pricing is very fair.

Fast service and they were able deliver the t-shirts I needed in a very high speed. Marc really did good job and the material we got had quality. I don't give them a 5 star service because it took them over a week to send me the Receipt for the payment for the t-shirts and that caused me a bit of trouble at work. - Good quality t-shirts - Good quality silk - Good speed for production and delivery. - Bad system for invoice and receipt

I'm a small business owner, and I HATE giving bad reviews, but ths was ridiculous. Poor contact and communication and extended wait times for what he quoted. When I FINALLY reached Marc to ask about our hats, he promised delivery on Monday, today, but only now just sent me a proof. Extra star because when i asked for a refund, he processed right away. I will not be ordering uniforms or otherwise from this company again.

Marc went above and beyond to get me a small batch of t-shirts for a company outing. The shirts came out great and he made sure to work around my budget for the event.

07/22/2015 (Posted) We gave them another shot and this company has done some making up. I give them 3.5 stars. 09/23/2014 (Posted) We didn't receive our T-Shirts until the end of our event! Marc Deley does not provide good customer service. I can't even get a copy of my invoice. We have sent Silk Screen Printing and Marc multiple emails requesting an invoice. No response since July very disappointing and frustrating.

My experience with Silk Screen printing has been horrific. I have never negatively reviewed a business online but feel compelled to warn any potential customers of this company to take their business elsewhere. I ordered shirts from this company for my business in early October of 2013. The shirts arrived with my business logo printed crooked. I have probably called the business 50 times since then, sent numerous emails and after finally being told by the owner, Marc, that I would receive a refund sometime in November 2013, I have yet to receive any money from them. Marc is unreachable by phone or email, does not return calls, and is has conveniently stepped out of the office or is in a meeting every time I call.

Whenever I do reach him I am given given another reason why he can't get my money back to me. For example, his new credit card processing company is not able to process refunds at this time. I was finally told I would get a check directly from the business but that never happened. It is now January 2014 and I have nothing to show from working with this terrible business. I have since filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau of Boston and am taking my case to small claims court. Buyers beware.

I sent these guys a design for a shirt, very simple black shirt with a color design, front and back. They said the first day after calling TWICE, you'll receive an email confirmation in an HOUR. NEVER received it. Called them this morning to find out that they couldn't do it. because of a "misunderstanding" what could you possible misunderstand when I'm sending you a file that if you would have opened you can see there are colors in there.

Furthermore I sent you a reference picture of how the shirt should look. You need to take your business way more serious than this, looks like you are running a lemonade stand.
