Short Printer has a knowledgeable staff, smooth ordering process, good range of services, and they are always organized when you come to pick up your prints! They printed my wedding programs, and I love the quality.

The worst communication I have experienced. I sent multiple emails of the product I wanted. I Did not hear anything from them so I followed up with them. I don't think they know what they are doing. It's taken 3 phone calls, 1 stop into the store to have a product that is average at best and still not done. Not once during the phone call was I told I needed to approve the product. Order online from a different company and save your hassle.

My order wasn't actually ready when it said it would be after creating the order online. Apparently, because I asked for them to make sure they could see the picture before printing (there was nothing showing up for the preview online), they stated they emailed a proof over for approval, however one was never received. 3 stars because they printed my small order when I was there after the error was found.

But the header wasn't centered on the cards. I also had to go back to the store the following Monday when I found that I was 4 envelopes short when mailing cards over the weekend. All in all, it was an ok experience but I will likely go with a more reputable company online for our next year's cards.

I was blown away by the customer service and the quick turnaround on our business Christmas card order. They did a fantastic job! Will definitely return for any future business printing needs.

Great family owned company. I try to do most of my business with them, even though I also try to give some other friends a shot. These folks are right on.

I have ordered many products both personally and for my business, but I'd say I receive the most compliments on my foam core pictures. They look like canvas prints, but at a fraction of the cost. Love working with Shortprinter and their recommendations! Highly recommend them!

Got my wedding invitations here. The designer was great to work with, quick to respond to emails, was very good at making edits - except for one thats glaringly obvious (to me, anyway) I got the seal and sends and asked in person and in writing for a change to be made, and when I picked up my invites the change was not made. I didn't want to reprint because I didn't want to waste the paper, but I am disappointed that a section of my invites is upside down.

It's definitely not the end of the world, but for $400, all edits should have been checked and rechecked by the designer before going to print. Still giving 4 stars because everything else was a good experience with these guys!

Shortprinter is definitely the best print shop in Fargo. I have ordered business cards from Shortprinter for my company for almost a year now and they always look amazing and have the fastest turn around. I would recommend them to everyone.

We had some special business cards done and didn't work out well. Tried them again with brochures and they did beyond great. Brandon did great job with a design. And the price was good. Better price here than other places I checked.

My department uses ShortPrinter for nearly all of our signage and promotional material. They do a great job and are always helpful, prompt, and easy to deal with. Also their prices are great (not online great, but as good or better than any brick and mortar) and as the person in charge of budget accountability its a real a bonus when I can be fiscally responsible and patronize a local business.

Printing jobs have all been good. Service terrible. Not helpful at all and very rude. Had simple questions when I went in and they were very condescending and would not listen to my questions. Very disappointed because all of my printing jobs I've had done there have been great. Still taking my service elsewhere.

I went to Shortprinter.com after I struggled and struggled with trying to do my wedding invitation printing myself. I had everything done perfectly on my computer but there was one page that my printer refused to print! I took it to Shortprinter in the form of a pdf, and a friendly worker there talked me through what I could have done there. I had specific paper for each print also, so needless to say, I was a very picky customer.

But they very much understood. I ended up having them print one part of my invitations and the turned out great. Exactly what I wanted and with a short wait time. The only thing I would have changed is that I ended up having to go back in to print more because I had a few more guests added to the list, so instead of just charging me from my original order, they had to do the whole processing fee again.

This was partially my fault because I should have just printed extras in the first place. I would recommend the to anyone in the Fargo/Moorhead area looking to get something printed fast!
