In a sensitive and vulnerable time of my husband's passing, they did a superb job helping printing what I needed to hand out at the services. Anytime I have ever been in the store the staff treated me like family. They have every Bible and materials imaginable. SHILO IS THE ONLY PLACE I GO FOR MY PRINTING AND CHRISTIAN EDUCATIONAL BOOKS.

One of the worst printing experiences I've ever had. Paid for envelope printing last week was told I'd get a proof however proof was NEVER given sent. I called Thursday to inquire about proof and status of the printing and I was told my envelopes were ready. Again never received the proof. I go to pick up my clients envelopes which were supposed to be 1 color black but when I get to the store I am handed envelopes with burgundy ink.

No I did not order burgundy the email clearly said black ink. When I asked about the color both John and his father tried to convince me how nice the burgundy color looked. Yes they were nice but that is not what my client wanted. I get it everybody makes mistakes but my greater issue was the customer service. They treated this as a take it or leave it issue, and took very arrogant position.

When I insisted that the envelopes be printed in black I was then told I would have to wait another week. I persisted and then I was told they would have them done by Monday. I began to explain that the church needed them for Sunday. Then I was told I could get them Friday. Still no real apology and the level of arrogance in the customer service was disrespectful and insulting.

After all of this I was told my envelopes would be ready after 5:30P Friday. Yep, I show up Friday at 5:40P and the envelopes had not been printed. That is an absolute lack of respect and in my opinion a lack of integrity. I expected a Christian Bookstore to conduct business with more integrity and in a more respectful manner. I don't usually use retail printers but tried to find someone local with a quick turn for my clients last minute needs. This is NOT the place, they only care about the money, not customer needs or customer satisfaction. Beware. you could be next!

Amazing! I called 5 min. before closing time and they stayed open late to make a couple of posters for my company. It is very rare to have such outstanding service these days. Shiloh Printing has definitely won my business moving forward!

Calling Robert with questions left me with the only option to come in and speak to him at his insistence. Instead of Robert, Gary started speaking to me for a quote and was diverted from our consultation 4 times to be rude on the phone, show a customer around the store, talk to coworkers and finally just walked off to not return. After a few minutes of standing there, another person spoke to me and contradicted everything that was just told to me by Gary, but still wouldn't give me the price quote in writing and spoke to me as though printing was a foreign business.

Not even one question could be answered. Not one person was pleasant. I Strongly urge anyone to run the other way from such a horrid experience. It's the most unprofessionally rude place I've ever had the displeasure to endure. Never Again!

I only give kudos where kudos is deserved and I can honestly say I never thought getting company shirts printed would be so much fun. Very friendly, helpful staff. They really took time in making sure my logo prints looked good, and the final product was better than I imagined, and ready the next day. Very pleased and will definitely recommend my friends.

Where can I start? I been using this company for 4 years now and the cards look Great for my business however, the worker MIGUEL is horrible getting the order correct. He places you on hold repeatedly and never really can answer your question. I just had another referral for the company and the other party disconnect the line because he took too long to answer. Plus, he just messed up another order I did in January for my brother. Please train him properly as they have people in the world wanting and wishing for a good job.

This is a Christian based bookstore, but you'll find books on many different religions. This is also the place to find music ranging from gospel to contemporary Christian. They have cute little knickknacks with Christian messages or positive messages. You may also print in bulk here. Staff is nice. The reason why this place is getting 4 stars is because their hours are not the best for (my) convenience. They close early 5:00pm and open late 9:00am. Saturdays they close at 4:00pm, Sundays they are closed.

Just got some shirts and hoodies done and I have to say I love the design they created for me. I do recommend you personally spec to a designer when you visit. Great pricing, and friendly staff!
