Horrible place to work. Ownership rides employees, gossips about employees to other employees, and the owners lack of formal education and lack of management skills creates a hostile work environment for everyone. No employee benefits, no appreciation, lack of respect between family members and for employees -- daily temper tantrums from hung-over angry owners creates a volatile work environment. OSHA safety violations are common. Steer clear of this company if you're looking for work as there are so many wonderful companies out there looking for great employees! If I could rate this company with no stars, I would.
