We began in 1988 as a small embroidery shop and have been blessed through our customers and friends to build our family into who we are today.

We produce award winning embroidery and screen printed apparel as well as many other branded promotional items. From a simple monogram to a corporate fulfillment program our staff have the vision and knowledge to help bring your ideas to a completed product.

I have an order in process. It's been a week. They will not return my calls or emails. They made me put up a deposit. I was promised a proof in 48 hours. Nothing.

You can't get a hold of anyone. They can't find your order. It's been an absolute nightmare trying to get shirts embroidered for my staff. Whoever took over is driving the company into the ground. Disappointed with their customer service doesn't even come close to describing how frustrating it's been. We've been waiting for over 5 weeks for like 5 shirts. It's completely ridiculous. We will be finding a different company asap.need to get our shirts back first though!

I have done business with Red Dog Studios for 16 years with nothing but professional customer service and products. They have been bought by a new owner and now are clueless as to what customer service is about. I understand supply issues with hats, shirts, etc. but when they neither call nor try to let you know there is an issue, I have an issue with that.

I ordered hats in mid-November and have called them 4 times, plus drove 35 miles to see them in person 3 times trying to find out if they had done the hats. They never know what has been done or not, and take 5 minutes in the back looking, only to come up and tell me they aren't done. I finally decided to pull my order and asked for a copy of my digital file that I paid $35 for.

They informed me it was $10 per 1,000 stitches for a copy of the file. Seriously? I already paid for it and now they want to charge me again because they are losing my business. I am pulling this account from them and looking for a new embroidery supplier. I'll pay someone interested in my business to recreate the logos and script.

This place has no idea what communication or professional is. Since the change in ownership it has been even more of a cluster than before. I placed and signed off on a hat order more than 2 months ago and come to find out the order was never submitted. This is not the first time their lack of communication has been poor. The first time was on pens, the second time was on koozies and now this. Find another place for promotional items because this is not your answer.

I wanted to make a quote for a t-shirt order. But the people working there will not respond to my emails or calls. I've called and emailed seavral times. It's clear that they are not serious with their business

They offer just the services I needed and close by. The price was good, especially given the size of my order. On the other hand. The service was poor. They did not do what I asked (repeatedly), did not do what they said they would do, and the initial quality was piss poor. I had to get them to recreate the pattern since it was so bad the first time. In total, it took me four visits to their store to get three things embroidered. Next time I will look for an alternative and try to avoid Red Dog.

I took lab coats in to have them embroidered with a simple two color logo. In my initial email I was clear about the ready by date. As taken directly out of the original email. "If we are unable to have the work completed prior to the 28th, I'll ask you not move forward with the planned work." I indicated I was having photos done for our website and printed materials and needed the items by end of the month-- I provided them the original logo work digitally on the 19th.

I received an email from Red Dog Studios the following day that the files were corrupt. I copied our designer who in turn sent to them several working files on the same day the 20th, and they (Red Dog) indicated the files were working that same day. I called today and the stich proof was ready, it is now the 25th, however was informed that the lab coats would not be ready by the 28th.

I paid the $36.00 "set up and digitize fee" as indicated on their invoice and asked to have the lab coats returned to me. I then left to find an alternative. The alternative company--who will have the work completed by end of week-- indicated my invoice from Red Dog Studios shows I had paid for a "DST" file and to ask Red Dog to email me this to avoid paying a duplicate charge for the set up.

I called Red Dog and they have declined to provide the file to me without paying an additional fee which I declined. I will now have to pay another set up fee to the new company. My set up fees are now 50% greater than the work to be performed estimated at less than $50.00 with tax. I would not recommend this vendor for any embroidery work, I am very disappointed. Simply providing to me what I had paid for would have salvaged a customer relationship.

We have used Red Dog Studios for over a decade on our gifts and personal projects. We have had bath towels, backpacks, t-shirts, Christmas stockings, etc. done by Red Dog and they always do a fantastic job and the customer service is great. I would recommend them to anyone!

Wow - If you want to work with a company that takes no responsibility for their actions then this is the company for you. I brought shirts and a coat to have them embroider my logo onto and was given a date to pick them up. I was in the neighborhood the day before they were to be ready so I stopped in to see if they were ready. They weren't and the customer service person told me that she would call me the next day when they were ready.

I received a call telling me they were ready 5 days later! I asked for compensation in the pricing given that they were now 5 days late and was told that someone would call me back. No one ever did. I finally called back and was told that they were ready on time and i should have taken the time to come get them. I said someone was supposed to call me and they didn't.

The owner said that since I don't know who i talked to that maybe it did not happen that way. No I'm sorry No we'll take care of it - Just back talk and blame. Stay away from this place if you can
