In the past, I haven't gotten good experience associating with business cards (designing particularly) and sadly, this business fails my expectation. I was recommended by one of my acquaintances to try this company out. I had high hopes especially since I took my time to drive there from where I live (20-30 min. drive) to talk to Lynda Rawlins and looked at many options (different print, shapes, 3-D even!?).

Great service and polite greetings, expected for a local company! I was pumped to get started, and one of my 'assignments' is to look up photos for inspiration (she gave some website links to look up) to send to Lynda so she has an idea and email her the photos. I emailed her the photos, few weeks later, no reply. I tried again and reiterate about the purpose.

Still no reply. So far, I tried 3 times, I made sure it's sent to the right address and to the right person. And I get nothing. Not sure what's the problem, I did what she said, and there wasn't further instruction, it just seems like 'send me the ideas and we'll get started' type of situation. No payments yet (because she didn't say anything about it since it depends on the final product) Sadly, I won't be going to this company or recommend to my family or friends and look elsewhere more near me. The only reason why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is because the service was fine, but the follow-up wasn't up to par.

You guys are the best! They did a major print job for my company extremely last minute while we were at a trade show! The work turned out perfect and they were wonderful to work with. Thank you!
