Worst customer service ever.first I called to ask if they do laminating. They sounded inconvenienced by my phone call. After confirming they did the service I needed I stated that I'm on my way. I get there and same lady states you need that now? "Yes I do". Responded, with well it takes the laminating machine an hour to warm up. My question.why didn't you turn it on after I called? Or does your company not have a small laminator for the little jobs. Literally was just a name tag I needed. Thanks I won't be back. I need to get on with my work.
