We have ordered many times with this company over many years. They have always been very professional and very accurate on their orders. They have gotten things to me when we did not give Quantum sufficient time to process the order. They pull through for us every single time. I would highly recommend them for all of your promotional needs.

High quality product, but highly unprofessional customer support. They shipped the finished products WITHOUT an inventory list and then tried to argue about what they had shipped being correct. After multiple attempts to correct a quantity problem with a shirt size we didn't order they simply stopped following up with our issue. They were strictly not invested in solving the issue for us, but arguing their perspective. We had two minor issues like this and we were lied to twice. Will not return business with them.
