Terrible. I sent the information to the business to print. In the email, I included instructions telling the people in the office exactly what dimensions I wanted the items printed to. When I went in to pick them up, they were different sizes. I said something to the person who had apparently printed them, and he tried to tell me that my design was bad because there were some areas where white space was supposed to be included -- and instead of following directions and cutting them to my specifications, he'd cut them down so that the white space was gone. Not only did he print the items incorrectly, but he also attempted to blame me for his mistake. I will never go back to this business.
