Great place to do business locally with a family-owned and operated establishment.

I've used ProPrint (Duluth, MN) as my printer for more than 17 years to publish the bi-monthly "Industrial Weigh & Measure" magazine. They also handle the mailing and distribution. I've used their services for multiple projects (Not just the magazine) with good outcomes. I've never felt pressure after a quote and have only experienced excellent customer service.

They are patient and will work for your best results. AND they'll give you options to save money when they see a way to do that. I've worked with several of ProPrint's CSRs, and they've all been exceptional. I know this sounds like a too-good-to-be-true review, but ProPrint has become like a business friend to me over the years. This review is my way of saying thanks!

I used Pro Print to design and print invitations for my engagement party. They were very professional and helpful in making things easy for me. I sent in the photo to use on the invite and received my proof of the invites before they were printed. Quick turn around and quality work. Everything was packaged nicely too. My wife and I used Pro Print for our wedding invitations and were blown away by the ease of working with their team and the final product. Always top notch service! We have had ProPrint do lots for us. we are a small company, and "lots" to us are cards when we need them, little brochures, etc. but they always treat us like we are the big boys in town! we just got some really special cards. ProPrint is easy to work with and prints an excellent product. We regularly print on uncoated paper, and the quality is a cut above. Photos are crisp, clear, and vibrant. Colors are saturated and sharp. Not every printer can achieve this quality on uncoated paper. If you aren't sure what you need, talk with your rep. They are more than willing to help you figure out how best to achieve your desired result! More times than I can count, our rep has helped us work through a challenging project and helped us meet our goals.

The Pro Print team knows the true meaning of customer service. They go the extra mile to meet our needs. Every interaction I've had with them, be it the owners, accountant, receptionist, or delivery driver, has been extremely courteous and helpful. The quality is top-notch and they always do what they say they'll do, when they say they'll do it. Pro Print is my first call for outside printing needs and I highly recommend them.
