Staff is professional and efficient. The price for copies was very modest. Definitely going to return if I need any more copies.

This small shop is nimble and fast to get my requests done with great communication along the way! I don't have time to sit and wait to watch someone do the work (required by some shops) so they are my new #1 option!

I've had the same unfortunate experience as Rebecca on more than one occasion now. Our company has used Pro-Print for years. I called asking how quickly we could get our usual order of 200 NCR forms (Pro-Print has art on file), explaining that we had a crazy week and overlooked our dwindling number of contracts. The woman who answered the phone was short, vague, and unhelpful.

Her tone screamed, "I'm having a bad day, don't want to be here, and certainly don't have time to be talking to you." Having worked at a printing/sign company, I know rush orders can be a hassle and aren't always feasible. I would have been more than understanding had the woman told me they couldn't get them done before Tuesday. It was the attitude I didn't appreciate.

Rhonda is the best! Pro -Print has made posters, bookmarks, and signs for me. There is nothing that they can't do-and the quality is wonderful! I wouldn't go anywhere else.
