Initially I called to have pre-fabricated jerseys outfitted with numbers and names. I was told I needed to talk to Tim but he was busy so I left a message. After playing phone tag over multiple days (I had even left an email address), I finally get a call back and I asked him if this was possible. He said send me the specs of the Jerseys and what we would need printed.

So I emailed him a pretty detailed message. He responds "We do not offer the transfer you are requesting." No explanation on why or at least a quick sorry. I felt ignored and seems weird that a customer did more work for project.

Great work they do here. I am always amazed when I pick up my orders. Such quality and persistence in their work. I 1000 percent recommend the Printmaster they are the BEST!

Have used them for embroidery and screen printing. Always great results, fast and professional. Even rushed some work for us and dropped off at our office.

It was a last minute thought. I arrived at this business not knowing if they were going to be able to help me but I went in to check. I had a specific mission to have my son's last name and his work company, YMCA, embroided on running shorts for his first marathon in boston. Well, the staff were so receptive and helpful and cost conscious for me that I felt like they knew my family!

They were so professional and understanding. The embroider went above her job to help me out. I am so grateful. The shorts looked great! I could identify my son heading up heart break hill by the shorts!

I needed a single T-shirt with a photograph from my iPhone printed onto it as a part of an emergency CORNHOLE tournament uniform. It was 4pm on a Friday when I called and my tournament was over the weekend. Understanding my desperate situation, Tim offered to make my shirt before closing at 5. I emailed the picture and hopped in my car, and when I arrived at 4:50 they had the shirt ready for me to go.

Not only was it made quickly, but it looked great and I was charged even less than I would have expected. BUT THATS NOT THE LAST OF THE GREAT SERVICE THEY PROVIDED: Then out of nowhere from the bushes outside the establishment, 3 masked Ninjas surrounded me, closing in menacingly as they wanted to attack and take away my high quality custom made shirt.

As they approached with their swinging nunchucks, I ducked my head for cover. But at the last moment, Tim came flying out of the air feet first, landing a perfect Chuck Norris style round house kick to the first Ninja. The second came at him attacking, but Tim was ready. When the attacker drew near, Tim met his face with one long, drawn, index finger, plucking his left eyeball straight from the socket.

The third Ninja, witness to this maneuver, went running for the hills. Tim picked my A+ quality shirt off the ground (and in mean Joe Greene style) handed me the shirt before returning to his work station to perform his closing duties. Overall I'd say it was an above average experience.

I found Printmaster after a Google search to make some T-Shirts for a project my company is working on, and for some team building. The online design builder was easy to use, Tim and crew were very helpful and attentive, the shirts came out looking unbelieveable, and the price was fantastic! I would recommend them to anyone.

I recently ordered shirts for a family reunion from the Wrentham store. I had a general idea of the design I wanted, but Dawn and the team at PrintMaster took my idea and made it a perfect reality and great surprise for my mom!
