Engineered with exact tolerances, the microscopic glass beads in BLUE GLASS anti-marking films are designed specifically to reduce surface area contact with the freshly printed sheet. The uniform surface of BLUE GLASS anti-marking film provides even support across the entire substrate. The film is remarkably flexible and will maintain bead adhesion even under the most intense conditions and our proprietary coating Is tougher & longer lasting than silicone coated anti-marking films.
Super Blue 2 never wash, anti- marking, anti-static systems offer the printer greater benefits. First, because ink never touches the cylinder itself, there is no build-up, thus eliminating the need and time associated with washing transfer and delivery cylinders.
