Our company needed a unique project printed with mass quantities and PFL was able to accomplish this - I had a great experience with their customer service team from start to finish - they are friendly and knowledgable and helped me find the right materials for the job. They even overnighted me a physical proof before I submitted my order! I have worked with quite a few printers in my career and PFL was a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend them.

As a designer and owner of an advertising company, its so important to work with a printer who knows what they are doing. They were fast, easy to work with, and good-natured. Uploading my art was easy from their site and a proof came in fast. I loved that a real person took the time to look things over before putting it into production and our short time frame proved no problem for them. Very pleased.

This was my first experience with an online printer as I was always nervous about using a company that I couldn't communicate with face-to-face. I live in a small town and my local printer couldn't handle my project so I was forced to try an online printer and chose PFL. They were amazing from start to finish. Each rep I spoke with patiently and courteously answered my plethora of questions.

The final product (a tiny illustrated accordian book) turned out amazing. PFL saved me so much time and effort with scoring and folding the book. I highly recommend PFL for your printing projects!

So.they were responsive and the print job looks nice, but I relied on them and believed them to be experts and ultimately was very disappointed in the job as a whole. Also, they did NOT PRINT FOR LESS. Moral of the story: USE A LOCAL PRINTER. (The details are that I asked them to select and print a card based on a standard size envelope. They ended up printing the card too small for the envelope they recommended - though, in full disclosure, they did communicate with me as to its size, which I agreed upon while believing they knew what they were doing regarding printing the right size card for a specific size envelope.blah, blah, blah.

Big disappointment about something I had been excited about and they weren't willing to work with me on making it right.) Plus, they overnighted the job to me and then charged me for it - when I had not asked for the job to be overnighted. They did re-credit me that charge, but only after I asked about it. Had I not checked the invoice, I would have just eaten that charge too. They seem like nice folks, but I'm very disappointed in the way my dealings with them went down.

Just received my order - a week early! I can't say enough good things about Printing for Less. I stepped into a job where the former employee set up the account with them. I called them to see if I could reset the account to be under me. They took care of all of that and then showed me what I needed and how to place an order. They are very easy to work with, the quality is excellent - just what I ordered, and the turn around time never ceases to amaze me. I can't recommend them enough.

BUYER BEWARE! Our grassroots group hired PFL to print and send out 15,000 EDDM postcards and many members of our group in different zip routes never received their postcards. PFL calls itself a "full-service mailing house" on its website. IT IS NOT. PFL contracts out delivery to the USPS, and has NO WAY OF TRACKING DELIVERIES TO HOUSES. And when we tried to contact the Red Team/"Customer Service" about our missing deliveries (almost half of our order.) we were ignored, yelled at and told there was nothing they could do. PFL's promotes their 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee and it is anything but 100%. it is conditional and they could care less if their customers are satisfied with their order.

Only after our group pressed PFL for information, we discovered that 3 zip routes didn't even make it to the post office from PFL! They could tell us this because all they do is track the bulk deliveries that leave PFL and arrive at the USPS. Once the item is delivered to the post office, PFL takes no responsibility for. I have NEVER dealt with a company so poorly managed with such horrendous "customer service" as PFL.

And if Sara or Bethany is on your account, run away! I would not recommend PFL to my worst enemy. (ok, maybe THE VERY WORST enemy.) Learn from our experience and find someone else for your project, you will save yourself many headaches and possibly some money.

We got off to a great start. When it came time to address an error, they stopped returning calls and emails and have apparently deleted me from their contact list. I even offered to participate in the cost of replacement order. It is very disappointing that their stated commitment to customer satisfaction is not sincere.

I originally had my new business cards printed with Vistaprint and they came back so dull and washed out, not to mention some of my fonts were a little too small. How unfortunate to have wasted 500 cards! Then I found PFL. Firstly they sent me a sample pack that was the most beautiful and impressive sampling of printed material I'd ever seen.

After sharing my issues and challenges with them via their website, a representative from PFL called me and walked me through my needs and their capabilities. The communication was second to none! Then they used their good judgement and noticed that my fonts were too small and actually fixed it before sending me the digital proof. It was awesome to have an actual person assess and provide insight, as a lay person, not everything is always apparent on the computer screen. Then, for the best part, they sent an actual hard copy proof for my review of the layout and colors - I was able to really see the vibrancy and sizing of everything on my card BEFORE printing 500 cards.

These people are amazing and their customer service is simply exceptional! And, if it could get any better than this, my actual cards arrived 2 days ago and they are BEAUTIFUL and perfect! I couldn't be more thrilled. PFL not only makes the best quality product, the customer experience truly sets them apart. I will use them for all my future printing needs and I would recommend them without reservation to everyone!

BE VERY VERY CAREFUL! I am giving them one star because I couldn't give them less. This company is a fraud. I sent them my project and my timeline, and they sent me a quote. Their quote looked great, so I turned down other possible vendors and moved forward with them. I was on a tight schedule, and I had already lost days with them when they suddenly told me that their quote was wrong.

I talked to their very unhelpful manager Sara, and she took advantage of my urgency to re quote me. The new quote was $4,000.00 higher. I was so desperate as to be willing to negotiate THEIR mistake, but she wouldn't even try.

I can't emphasize emphasize enough that if you are not using PFL you are most likely doing it wrong. They've met or beat every deadline I've had, and the product is always of phenomenal quality. The customer service is excellent. I've contemplated inviting all of the reps I've dealt with to my birthday party. Still might.

I have nothing but praise for PFL. Usually I'm a Vista Print girl, but Vista Print doesn't have an actually person look at your project, review it, send you a proof, and offer suggestions. PFL's customer service has always been top notch with same day responses. I am currently printing some brochures. Some of the photos available to me are too low of resolution but were hard to tell on my color printer at work. PFL sent hard copy proofs out for free that arrived next day sampling the color and paperweight.

I use InDesign but am no expert. When I had questions how to best send something to them or fix a problem on our brochure, they talked me through it and offered suggestions over the phone. They have spent so much time with me on this brochure that I almost felt guilty as it's not like this order is a huge money-maker for them. They all do it with a smile in their voice as well. Finally, when you call an actual person answers the phone! You cannot imagine how happy this makes me!

Worked with these guys for years at my last job. They do great work. Primarily used them for business cards. One time the colors on a different order were off but they resolved it well. Highly recommended.

I've never left a negative review for a company before, but after receiving such poor customer service from Printing For Less unfortunately I have to! The advised me that the font on our business card proofs was too small, I responded and asked them to increase the size. They did not, and printed the cards with font too tiny to read. The two sets of cards we ordered were unusable, they recognized the error and offered to reprint them for 50% of the cost.

I was not happy about it, but agreed. Then they charged me full price for the first reprint, and said I had to pay 100% of the cost for the second set of cards. This was simply unacceptable, especially when the home page of their website claims 'It's Right. It's On Time. Or It's FREE'. I gave them multiple opportunities to make things right and they declined. Thankfully I use American Express and they are wonderful so I am able to get my money back through them, and am now looking for a new printing company.

Absolutely wonderful customer service and attention to detail. I live in Austin and have items printed all the time from various online printers and the Big Sky Team is by far my favorite! They were very careful with the trim lines and helped expedite the order to accommodate my deadline. Additionally its great to be able to support a Livingston business even from Austin!

I needed business cards and someone to design them for me. After seeing positive reviews on Yelp and elsewhere for PrintingForLess, I decided to give them a try. Overall, I think they did a great job and I'm proud to be handing out my business cards to potential clients. The design process was acceptable for the price ($69), but not great. After discussing the initial design with a coordinator, I received the initial proof a couple of days later that looked pretty good.

I was pretty excited at how fast the process was going at first, but then realized that even if I quickly provided feedback for a given proof, the revised proof was almost always sent the next business day. This was okay for correcting issues with fonts and typos, but not okay when trying to deal with problems with graphics and layout. Making things worse was that I was almost always presented with just one solution to a design concern instead of being given several options to work with to make the process move along faster.

I got through the process in about two weeks and was ultimately pleased with the final design. And as a last note about design, I was happy that when I requested the original graphics files (Adobe Illustrator), they were sent to me the same day with no fuss. I paid extra for expedited printing and shipping and the product arrived on time and looking beautiful.

This company provided me with several quotes, I also confirmed on the phone that both the print and the mailing was included in the quote. After hiring a graphic designer and an assistant to work on a large database, the day I ordered, the price was 2.5 times the net quote they provided me. This was an incredible waste of time and money. Do not trust their quote system, they are not honest about it and they will waste your time.

I am very sorry to write this terrible review but Avoid this company and work with a company that can provide you with a quote that you can actually relay on to do your marketing planning.

Update 2017: Twice now their coupon thing on their site has not worked, but twice now I have called/emailed and got a refund with no problem. So be sure to check your credit card statement if you are using a coupon. Regardless, after trying a few other places, I can say hands down that this place prints better cards than other places I have tried, so they're worth the extra price.

The cards I received from PFL are beautiful and I'm glad I ordered there. There was a hiccup with the order. When I made the order, I put in a coupon code for $20 off and it showed up, but after the order went through, my card was charged the $20. I contacted them and they informed me the coupon code was invalid. What? It showed up as valid on the order form. After a few emails back and forth, they agreed to honor it and even upgraded my shipping!

I used PFL.com as a result of a recommendation from my wife, Allison G. She had issues with their service but was satisfied with the final resolution so I called them. I placed the order over the phone for 1000 glossy, double sided, European sized cards, RUSH 2 day production and overnight delivery from FEDEx. This was not a $10.00 Vistaprint situation.

I paid just under $300.00. I sent in my custom artwork and emailed the dimensions from my graphic designer for the card's sizing specs. I paid for the shipment to arrive on Friday 3/27/2015 at 10:30am but they did not get to me until Monday 3/30/2015. To late for the Friday meeting I had, where I was to give an important new client my bright shiny, thick papered, European sized, business card.

This put me in an unfavorable situation, to say the very least. I live in L.A. but the cards were sent to San Fran. Upon checking with FedEx to see why my cards didn't get to me on time I was told that PFL.com gave FedEx the wrong zip code information. When the package finally arrived I noticed also that my name was spelled incorrectly on the shipping label, but more importantly the cards were standard sized and not the larger, European size I ordered. PFL.com dropped the ball and put me in a very bad spot.

I needed them to perform as they said they would and provide the services I paid a pretty penny for. They offered a refund or to reprint the order. Since there was a problem with my wife's original order (they also got the wrong size for her cards) and now mine, I was conflicted. The customer service rep. did apologize for their errors but in a very dry, matter of fact way.

It was as if a boiler plate script were being read. It did not seem that the problems they caused were a high priority for them. Instead the rep. came across as if I was an inconvenience. Honestly It would have been easier to have them do the order over again since they have all the artwork and information but I just felt insulted and frustrated. I opted for the refund and will be shipping the defective product back to them asap. I've never written a review that was not positive. It's a shame that I felt compelled to write this one. Perhaps this will aid management in making changes that will help further the companies success and ensure that this doesn't happen to someone else.

I have been using these guys for years. I hate outsourcing anything as basic as printing from a foreign country. See I am from Texas and we just think that much about ourselves. I literally have a friend in the printing business down the street. I feel like a jerk throwing him under the truck, but these guys at PFL are just that good. They consistently beat the competition in the key three: Price, Service, and Quality.

They handle design and mailing on our marketing and even threw an overlay on the catalog we use at our website, www.texasflange.com. Since they are focused on selling the printing they don't try to rip you off on design or mailing service. I can't say enough about these guys. Except for Cole on the Big Sky Team. I think they get a credit from the disability department for employing him. I am of course kidding. Cole is fine too now that he is sober.

I have to admit I was hesitant to contact PFL at first, as I found them through a google search for foil stamping. This turned out to be one of the greatest discoveries I've made! I've used many, many printers over the years, and this is by far the best company I have worked with. The customer service is the best I have encountered, not just for a printing company, but of any business.

They are quick to send samples, answer questions, and provide quotes, and the quality of the materials I've received is outstanding. (Especially considering their very competitive pricing.) I own a custom invitation business and I also work full time at an advertising agency, and so I print everything from wedding invitations to full marketing materials for clients and I feel comfortable printing all of it through them.
