I live out-of-state and can be slightly (read: very) indecisive. Management was beyond accommodating to all of my questions/requests. Turn around time was great.

I recently decided last minute to participate in an event and scrambled to get business cards and flyers made in time. Luckily after getting discouraged by other companies that they couldn't do anything for me in the time frame I needed, a friend suggested I try this local business. I wish I would have started with them from the beginning. All the staff was super accommodating and instead of just telling me no they worked with me to get me a product that honestly was even better than what I had originally envisioned and in time for the event. Can't wait to work on other projects now that I have a printer I can rely on!

Ruth and her team have done an outstanding job. Ruth went out of her way in all honesty. Even with me doing things wrong and trying to handle some items on my own Ruth had my back. If 6 stars was an option they would have received 6!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I would NEVER recommend this business. Not only do they produce sub-par work, so gar below standards that i have no words. Contact to management to discuss refunds went unanswered. QUALITY is not a word I would associate with this "business"
