Known the owner for years. I've spent thousands of dollars over the last 8-10 years on business cards, business signs, door hangers, logos, flyers and logo design. Quality was ALWAYS top notch, Ill give him that. Called John the owner today to inquire if he is capable of printing blueprints. He answered the phone, I asked, he simply said NO and hung up on me.
Not sure why. He ignored my text thereafter. I've never known John to be so rude and unprofessional. Hes lost my business and Ill make sure to let everyone I know to avoid printfast. Uncalled for, unprofessional and childish.

Done TONS of business with this place for 5+ years and sent them countless customers. I know the owner, his wife, and kids. Always had great service, return time, and pricing so naturally when I needed some stuff done I went to them. HUGE MISTAKE. They hired some new lady and she is the WORST PERSON TO ATTEMPT DOING BUSINESS WITH. She not only got me so upset that I left without doing any more business with them, but she did the same thing to 2 other customers there as well. I will now never go back. Huge mistake hiring her. She is literally running customers right out the door. Sad to say I am done doing business with this place.

We just had a rush job done on 1,200 inserts that we needed to make some alterations. Thanks to John, the owner and his staff Kevin that worked diligently and patiently with us. There were a few corrections that needed to be made but I must say that John and his team were very helpful and cooperative. I needed to get 3 banners, brochures and flyers for a trade show. I found these guys after talking to a quick print shop. They told me they outsource these things to ADCO! Price is 1/2 of what I paid previously, and had the items in 3 days. While I was picking up my jobs, I watched 2 other printers picking up their own jobs. Thanks Matt/John.

BE CAREFUL! A couple years ago I worked with this printing company in hopes of keeping all my work local but was hugely disappointed. So I tried them again recently and was not surprised things had not improved, but gotten worse. In fact now they are adding on these little $10 charges on everything. They gave me a low price, then tried to add ten dollars here and there at least three different times. Well, when I got the product they had used low quality paper and now all my cards are warped and it presents a bad image for my business. You get what you pay for I guess. If you want price and quality check out got print dot com, that's who I use exclusively now.

Been a customer for over a year, but now I'm done with this company, their service and product in the past few months has been terrible. They refuse to correct shipping mistakes they've made, and every time you call you have to explain the order to someone new. Save yourself the hassle and do NOT use ADCO printing.
