Our organization ordered a set of giant checks to be sent to a leadership meeting in Dallas. They were the key part of a photo-op we promised to our largest donors, so you can imagine our dismay when the expected arrival date was delayed until a day after our scheduled photo shoot. We contacted the staff and they immediately printed and express shipped a 2nd set of checks to arrive the morning that we needed them. And sure enough, the 2nd set of checks came on time! AMAZING customer service!

Printery was absolutely amazing given our impossible schedule and numerous changes. They were able to meet our scheduled with a beautiful product in spite of us. The only reason for four stars rather than five was that they accidentally printed a previous version rather than our final. Given the schedule and the number of changes, this is forgivable in our minds. We will definitely use them again because of their excellent customer service and next time our schedule will not be so hectic!

Original quote was $400 for some inserts for a local paper. I asked if the job could be done any faster than Massis had quoted and he said he could do it faster but I would have to bring the job right over and he would have to use a different method. He did not provide another quote, nor mention a price. I assumed there would be some kind of "rush fee." After the job was done I was told it would be $1,200. Yeah, you read that right.
It jumped from $400 to over $1,000, and somehow he failed to mention that it would triple the price. He kept apologizing for it, said there was nothing he could do, they had to use a "special machine, " etc. He offered no discount, no customer service to back up his apology. And think about it.if YOU, a reasonable person, were going to triple the price you had quoted to someone, don't you think you would have mentioned that to them? Doesn't that seem REALLY ODD?
This doesn't pass the reasonable person test. I will blast this place on every rating site there is for screwing me over. I only paid it because i am HONORABLE and wanted to stand behind the fact that A SERVICE was provided even though he NEVER provided a documented quote and tripled the price without telling me ahead of time. Massis has no honor. You've been warned. Do not trust him. Get it all in writing. I hope this post costs him at least $1,200 in lost business.

Chuck Mcalla gives amazing customer service I would give him a call anytime I need printing. Amazing from start to finish. This is a print shop that prints on premise with a very massive printing machine. I took a tour of the location and it is by far state-of-the-art. Make sure you ask for Chuck because he will make sure you get that extra customer service you are always looking for because running a business is not the easiest thing and you need a team behind you to be successful.
