Erik is great to work with! He's always reliable and gets whatever I need done within 3 days. I used him for all my wedding signage and invitations. You can't get these prices anywhere else.

I'm not sure if I just happened to get Erik's evil twin brother. My experience with this store was bad, bad, bad. 10 days ago, I dropped off an old drawing of my backyard that is very precious to me. Erik promised to call me that day with a quote. He didn't call, so I called and left a voice mail the next day. No answer. So I called again on Monday, and an employee told me Erik had taken off for vacation for the week and no one else could help me.

I called the following Monday (today) and was told Erik was on the phone and would return my call in 10 minutes. An hour passed and no call. So I call back and Erik tells me that he has to find my drawing and would call me back in 10, 15 minutes. I wait half hour. Of course no call. So I call again and am told it MIGHT be ready by tomorrow. Who runs a business like that?

I have to chase him down to give him my money? In the meantime, he's holding my pretty drawing hostage. Stay tuned. I have a bad feeling I won't be able to just pick up my drawing and print tomorrow. UPDATE: The print came out good, and Erik was much friendlier. Maybe he read this review? Or I caught him on a bad week? I'm happy with the result, but I'm still not happy that it took 12 days to get a single print and that I had to call the shop multiple times to get this result.

Erik and the team here at Printefex are amazing. I have been working with them for over 9 years, and they consistently go above and beyond in their responsiveness and quality. I recently was stressed out with wedding preparations and in particular, some terrible quality ceremony programs I got done at another shop. Then came Printefex to the rescue, they were able to reproduce them in a short amount of time just in time for the wedding.

BEAUTIFUL BANNERS & GREAT PRICES =============================== My son is graduating from college and commissioning as a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army in a couple months, so some of my son's best friend's parents and I are planning a Commissioning Party. Getting a banner for a big tent was my task so I ordered one from Printefex and it was ready in a couple days. The prices are great too. I also ordered some invites by e-mail and they were ready the next day. It is so nice to have printing company nearby that does great work.

Thankful for this shop, my good friend (the owner) got these beautiful postcards printed for me in a QUICK 20 minutes. I told him I was gonna have to go pick up my tips from my job to go to Office Depot to print these post cards. He offered to just print them and bring them to me at the coffee shop down the street. I'm so happy. this man is such a lovely guy and his print shop is the best. Will always go to him for my printing needs!

I came for passport photos, but while I was there I saw some people picking up their print orders -an invitation and some business cards. The work looked really good, so I will keep this place in mind if I need a print job. These folks are nice and the passport photos were 4 for about $15. I was worried but the photo actually looks great! They took a few shots and let me pick my fave, which I appreciate.

Absolutely amazing! We had quite a few custom requests for our Wedding stationary needs. From Specialty Envelopes for Our invitations, to last minute Changes to our Programs, and our wedding welcome sign. Printefex delivered each time! Everything was amazing! Thank you team!

There's a woman here whom I think is one of the owners, who is rude. The woman at the counter who actually helped me, however, me is fantastic--very quick, conscientious of how to handle sensitive documents, and happy to make the process easy as possible. Their prices are definitely better than Kinko's.

My boyfriend and I had a very important last minute print job. He really didn't want to go to Kinko's in Pasadena. We came here instead and a lady helped us. I believe her name is Silvia. She was very helpful and patient. She stayed late and even let us come back to reprint pages we forgot the first time. We had very specific instructions and she was a great sport about it. We will definitely be coming here for future print jobs. We're glad to have found a place like this nearby.

This place is great. Helpful, inexpensive, fast, professional. They have pride in their work. I came in with an unusually sized picture today and Alfred recommended a great paper type and size and had it back in an hour. Erik and his family, the owners have a lot of connections to the local community. Always satisfying to support such a great small business.

I cannot express how incredible they are. Alfred and Erik went so far beyond for us, with such consideration of what we were dealing with, provided amazing finished products in record time, and gave us the best, most responsive service. I would recommend them to anyone and can't thank them enough for being so compassionate and professional.
