After 2 failed attempts to print. I Google printing and I allowed my gut to pick the best 1. I am over satisfied with my service. It could have been free but I have always been told service is worth something especially when it comes in a 100% package. I really appreciate it and it was ready when I arrived. PAT is a gentleman that works here and my first time service with him that I received was more than exceptional! He was really fast and knowledgeable on helping me out with something that can be a pain at times. Literally do not recommend anyone else in this industry besides him! PLUS due to Covid he came out to me to bring what I needed without me even asking! #awesome

My printer went out and I urgently needed 6 pages printed today. I called and Pat told me he would take care of me. I showed up 15 minutes later and called him and he came out with my copies. He was very nice and considerate. I regularly print larger jobs and will be back there again.

The lady at the front was so nice. I came just for a quick printing, but she didn't even charge me for anything since it was just 2-page document. Thank you so much. I would definitely come back

They were so helpful! Super nice people! The woman at the front desk had candy out and I took a bunch but she was super nice. There's also a very sweet gentleman who helped us print out the papers we needed! We will be back & this was certainly a trip well done!

I submitted a large, last-minute order for an event in the Garland area. Pat and everyone at Print Tyme went above and beyond to complete the order. They responded quickly, the quality was great and prices were competitive. I highly recommend Print Tyme!

If I could rate no stars I would. Poor service! I went in person to get a quote but unfortunately they would get back with me. Receptionist reached out two days later and still did not have a quote. After 6 days a man called and recommended me to talk to my salesman that sales me products to get banners. "That's what he would do" he said. Went to fast signs On George Bush, quote same day!

I don't reccomend using this company, asked for a cost on 200 folders with a simple logo. They wanted to price gauge me on the folders for $950. Absolute joke. So I didn't respond. I bought 250 folders off amazon for $60 dollars and has someone else print the logo for $120 costing a total of $180. Then when I didn't want the folders they wanted to take me to small claims court saying I owe them $1,000.00, don't use these people. Overpriced. Won't be in business long most print shops are internet based now days anyways & REASONABLY PRICED!

Excellent company. they have a great team. Nancy is awesome. She is very personable and really cares about her clients. I find them to be a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service and top quality products.

Pat and Nancy are among the nicest people you'll meet. Pat has a true passion for this work, and it shows. With the corporate chains, I would always have to micromanage and get samples before finalizing the job, but with Pat, I know I can just send the file over and not have to worry about it again. If there's any problems or something he doesn't want to just make an assumption on, he won't hesitate to call and clarify. I'm no graphic designer, but I've picked up numerous tips and tricks for making better print-ready artwork from talking to Pat. There's no fancy office or gimmicks here.just quality work.

If they can't do something in house, they'll know where to go to get it done. The prices are always very reasonable, and they're mindful that some organizations don't have giant budgets. They've never failed to make a deadline for me, even when I've dumped a project on them the night before I needed it. Once you try a good print shop like Print Tyme, you'll never go back to a corporate chain for printing again.

We are a brand new business in Sachse, TX and we needed to get some quality business cards printed pretty quickly. We initially thought about using Vista Print because they're so cheap, but unfortunately, the finished product has a tendency to reflect that, so we decided to try Print Tyme, a local business down the street from us. Pat and Nancy helped us with every question and every issue throughout each step of the process.

Another firm had designed our logo, and they had skimped a little on the quality of our files. Print Tyme was able to get their own designers to fix the issues quickly and we were still able to get our cards on schedule. They turned out wonderfully, and we are very happy with the quality of our new business cards, their amazing customer service and their reasonable prices. We would recommend them 100%, as we will definitely go through them next time we need any type of print marketing.
