I've used Print Time for several years now and they always do well by me. They're communicative and willing to work with you if there is an error or additional detail futzing needed, such as in my case with differing paper types for art prints to find the best color reproduction. I cannot recommend them enough, they are always my go to even when I'm out of town.

I've been using Print Time for a few years across a number of freelance clients. Even though most of my projects are pretty small, they are always super responsive and have many times worked quickly to help me meet tight deadlines. They've even hosted me and my client into the print shop to look over paper samples - even though the job was only a few hundred business cards. Just this week, they were able to turn around a relatively large order 4 days faster than they were supposed to to help meet another deadline. They're really great!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality I had a generally negative experience with Print Time, from the quality of work that they produced to the customer service. They have a good sales pitch and booklet of example work to look through, but unfortunately the actual work that they produce as well as their ability to communicate with customers is overall disappointing.

I'm so glad I found such a great print place. Both times I have ordered, I have chosen not to require a proof because that's how much I trust them! I'm so pleased with the service I receive here, with ease of ordering, turnaround time, and final product presentation (wrapped up orders!). I feel I get true value when I order from Print Time. We initially used Print Time and had great results! They printed professionally, even in the last minute. Unfortunately, in the last year (2013-14) we've had very poor service from them. They've printed poor quality - even when reprinting a piece they had gotten right before - and they have lost emails, forgotten phone calls, and just generally been poor communicators.
In one case, we found ourselves trimming pieces they printed because of an error they made in folding. (They accidentally added 1/4 of an inch from the top of our finished document.) We've finally given up on them. I've got to have my projects right at some point.and I don't appreciate waiting for a piece to be printed, and then reprinted, and then reprinted and still paying full price. Sorry to say that we won't be using Print Time again.

I own a small business and was doing marketing projects on my own (with local artists and online). I went to Print Time to do my cards and some other items to improve my business and exposure. I've been to both locations and they have a professinal staff that is friendly and helpful. They were incredibly helpful and not to mention fast. They sent proofs to my email and were printed out that same day and I came in well within my budget.
