Very helpful, great service! After Staples dropped the ball with an order I had placed, they were able to complete the job I gave them, within the same day. Competent staff that are eager to deliver a high-quality product.

Jason and his team are great to work with. I send roughly 1 order a week to them. sometimes more. They have taken great care of me and know their stuff. They also do everything. If you're not sure what you're looking to have printed, embroidered, published, screen printed or otherwise produced is something they do, it's worth asking because they probably do! Highly recommend!

Owner is very unprofessional and talked down to me due to my age and a disagreement on a promise of price matching when I placed the order. I run my own personal photo print business as a student at a nearby school and I prefer to only use local businesses for my print orders. When I went to pick up the prints he told me he wouldn't honor the deal we agreed on at the time of placing the order, $75 for 5 prints.

He couldn't find the sale himself even though I showed him the sale personally on the day of pickup and he told me it would be $91. I told him it was unfair to go back on a deal I thought I was getting at the time of the order, so he took my ordered prints and threw them in the trash in front of me. Super unprofessional behavior for a business and I would recommend nation's photo lab online distributor or any other print shop in the Lycoming area over this poor excuse of a print shop.
