As a member of our HOA's newsletter committee, I had DIRECT CONTACT on a regular basis with this company. They did a nice job and the newsletters were very well done. There is absolutely no disputing the quality of their work. Unfortunately, due to shifts in the economy, our HOA decided to go in another direction and didn't renew their contract with Printcenter.
As one of the owners is a resident in my community, he took it very personally and has been on the warpath ever since. He has been rude and slanderous to the board members, to me and my family personally, our former management company, and to the residents of the community on the community's message board as well as in person. He comes to HOA meetings and is disruptive, condescending, and clearly is bitter about losing the contract.
He was fine with every aspect of the former management company, our newsletter committee, and our community until his company was no longer employed by the HOA. If you want quality printing, definitely go to Printcenter. If gestapo-like tactics when you STOP using Printcenter are not your thing.well at least you were warned.
