Very helpful staff with quick turn around. The prints (brochures and envelopes) were as ordered and MUCH cheaper than Staples or Fed Ex Office! For this year's order: Angie went out of her way to suggest changes to our proofs so they printed better than expected. Preferred really went out of their way to help us out! Hooray for small town business!
