To all the haters. This postal annex has been serving me since 2011 with loyalty care and respect. It is run by an amazing lady called Minu. And she is a very hard working woman that cares for her customers and their mail and packages. the place is always clean and pleasant. I have only great things to say since I am the only one that has been with this company so many years. If you come with attitude to a place excepting royalty care giving than you got a problem. I will gladly recommend this honest business owner to everyone.

Came to this location to drop off a package and the sign outside clearly said that they have USPS services but when I showed the woman my package she said they don't take USPS. There was also a USPS drop box right behind her that I pointed out. She continued to tell me they don't take USPS and that I would have to take it to the post office myself. I specifically came here to drop off my package because it's a Holliday and post offices are close. very disappointed.

I would give this place 5 stars if it wasn't for an employee named Edith. I frequent this postal annex any time I want to get shipping done, but I'm not going to come anymore if I see Edith inside. Every single time I engage with her she makes things difficult. The other woman who I believe is the manager is kind and accommodating- literally the polar opposite experience I have with Edith. She's unyielding with her unaccommodating principles, and lacks empathy. Please consider better hiring practices in the future. It makes a difference.

I love postal annex for all my family's post office and mailing needs. They do copies, copy my keys, and even have a notary public that is pleasant and everyone is so thoughtful and receptive to my needs! What more could you ask for in a city FULL of dying customer service skills, Los Angeles is severely lacking in customer service. It's like people have forgotten the lost art of a job well done, any job. any job worth doing after all, is worth doing well. THESE folks are the sh&t! Give them YOUR p.o. box needs and they will be good to you. happy holidays rvrfuone!

Absolutely great service. They serve better than the FedEx Kinkos down the street. That is the truth. Do not go to the FedEx Kinkos they're overpriced, they have no customer service. They are rude and they do not care. PostalAnnex+ great service and very very very very happy with their customer service, kindness, and respect for the customer. Awesome Experience. Five stars. A++++++++
