My checks were voided due to incomplete information so I submitted a question in order to avoid making any mistakes. I was met with incredibly rude comments despite my pleas for clarification. When I put in a complaint about the treatment I recieved it was ignored, I placed another order 7 days later and the payment was accepted and the order was processed.
Two weeks later i had no recieved any updates on the shipping so I put in a request for an order update, the response i recieved was INCREDIBLY unprofessional. The company proceeded to tell me since i had been "rude" beforehand they decided i was difficult to work with and cancelled my order right then and there without giving me any heads up. While they could've cancelled my order on July 27th when i placed it, they decided to wait in order to purposely cause me inconvience. I've been a loyal customer for years and am appalled by this treatment. No wonder they have two stars on google.

So I think people are frustrated because there is no customer service. Well people are looking for the cheapest forms they can find and you know what, that comes with very little support. I actually had a great experience here. I own a printing company and my friend wanted a custom form the Pennywise carried. I couldn't come close to their price printing in in house so I ordered them for him.
Now the website is a little clunky and I asked a question that they responded to via email. I placed my order and the forms were delivered. They are what they say they are. An inexpensive place to buy forms etc. If you want a full service printer with someone to handle all the details, call your local printing company. I think the one star reviews are a result of people wanting full service at self service price. Anyway, I'd always take the opportunity to bash another printing company but we don't compete and I had no issues. I got exactly what I paid for.

Do not use this company! I ordered from them once before and the checks were decent quality, but the last time I ordered they cancelled my order without notifying me and we really need the product asap. I emailed them, because no one answers their phone, and they deleted my account and blocked my email. I have never dealt with a company like this ever.
