Most of the laser cartridges we sell are locally produced in our Kingston production facility. No other firm remanufactures as many toner cartridges here in Kitsap County as we do.

Warning! Called with very specific information about the problem. I had researched it online and found the answer "unrepairable hardware error". I told them this when I called, and they assured me they had fixed this type of issue before. $82 later. "we can't fix it. Would you like us to recycle the printer?" If they had not lied to me initially, this wouldn't be such a blatant ripoff.
