With the use of professional Noritsu and Chromira printers, we offer the highest quality photographic prints on four different surfaces - lustre, matte, glossy, and pearl (metallic). Our printers are carefully monitored and calibrated to generate the highest quality silver halide prints (also referred to as c-prints or RA-prints).
An acid-free & linen-free heavyweight cotton-poly blend, elegantly textured canvas features a non-reflective, matte surface with a bright white point, exceptionally high Dmax and wide color gamut. The canvas base is enhanced with elastic polymers, providing high tensile strength and flexibility for gallery wrap stretching without cracking.

Metal print quality is outstanding. Had an issue with one of the mountings and Sherry helped resolve that issue very quickly by overnighting me a mount that I could put on myself. I've used myphotopipe for batch printing (prom portraits etc) in the past and they have always done an excellent job. I can highly recommend their services.

Whenever I order from My Photopipe, I not only get excellent prints, but excellent service as well. Recently, I entered an order before 9am to make sure it would be ready the next day but didn't receive confirmation about their receipt of my order until after 3pm. Since I needed it the next day, I emailed support & explained my situation. Since they had a lag in receiving orders that they, they spoke with the production manager to make sure that my order would be ready when I needed it & it was.

I have used myphotopipe for many, many years (over 7 years) for all of my printing needs and they NEVER DISAPPOINT. MyPhotoPipe Hello. my name is Diego and live just north of Atlanta Georgia. I want to tell anybody and everybody about my excellent experience with MyPhotoPipe. I'm a photographer that likes to edit and color adjust my work and of course on a calibrated monitor, therefore when ordering I choose not to have color correction. With my first order and being a first time user, I had a lot of questions.

When I called MyPhotoPipe with my questions the office staff on my first call was Aya and Jordan. they were very helpful and really had a strong demeanor of ownership. Answering all my questions and even walking me through there website. At the end my call I was reminded to to call back if I had any more questions. What a professional staff. Let me tell you, I called several times and spoke to a different staff member each time and was always treated the same every time.

Now to my order. I ordered several 16x20 prints with the intention of entering them in a photo competition with Atlanta Photographic Society of Decatur. So I was looking for nothing but perfection. Well let me tell you that each of my prints were beyond my expectations. With other companies I always had some kind of issue but not with MyPhotoPipe.

Each of the prints were perfect and I've never said that before about prints I've ordered. I was so happy I ordered more prints the following week. But this time I order prints on pearl and fine art paper and again. OMG! Excellent processing. And yes, once again I called with more questions and got the same great demeanor. This time I spoke to Cheri; my question was about deckeling on my fine art print.

She explained the process was done by hand and for me not knowing if I should do this or not I put Cheri on the spot. I asked her for her opinion on what she thought about have the print deckeled. She said, "I think you're going to really like it." So I went with it, not really sure if done by hand, it was going to look right. When I arrived to pick up my prints, once again I was amazed.

The deckeling was perfectly done and did not look like a cheap scissor cut. The hand deckeling really made my fine art print, look.like a fine art print. As a customer having experienced a timely turnaround, excellent processing and customer service I highly recommend myPhotoPipe for your professional and amateur photo processing needs.

I am as satisfied as it is possible to be with MyPhotoPipe. I did a "trial run" with them a couple of years ago with a poster sized print of a jpg book cover. They did a great job then, fulfilling the order quickly and getting it to me without any problem (I live in another state and used shipping), so when it came time to print six poster sized book covers, I didn't hesitate.

They sent all 6 quickly, carefully boxed and wrapped around a center cardboard tube which kept the posters from wrinkling. There was not even a hint of a dog-eared corner on any of them. The resolution and finish (Lustre) was gorgeous, and I will continue to use them for future projects. THANKS my PhotoPipe, I love my posters on the wall of my office!

I live in Atlanta, so free local pickup is a plus; however, they can't seem to print true to size. I ordered 2 13*19 prints for Christmas gifts and when it was time to put them in the frame, the long side were too long, and measured out to be 19.25 inches! Extremely fustrating and a waste of time. First and last time doing business here.

I got an amazing picture I wanted to print on aluminum. Sheri was immensely helpful with everything from calibrating my screen, providing a test print, to the details of offering tips on proper exposure for metal. The final product was amazing - I can't speak highly enough of the company.

I needed a metal print photo in a 2 week turn around time in October of 2015. The first time they printed, it printed incorrectly. I was immediately contacted and they apologized and told me they were re-printing at no charge. I was a little nervous at first because I had a deadline, but it was done right on time. Also, it was AMAZING! I love my metal print 20X30 with mount.

It has a high gloss, high quality finish. I'm planning on purchasing more prints with this company within a few weeks and I saw I never wrote a review about my initial experience! Great to work with and wonderful finished products.

I've been using myphotopipe for several years and have always recieved a great product. Recently I placed a large order for 18 oversized prints for a client. There was a problem initially with on of the printers and the order was initially delayed. When I spoke with the customer service manager, she bent over backwards to help me, as I had a deadline for installation of the prints and still need to mount/matte and frame them.

Once I received the first, they confirmed with me the ones I had yet to receive and sent those overnight at no additional cost to make sure I met my deadline. The product has been consistently great over the years, and this is the first "problem" I've encountered. The customer service was excellent and they truly do care about their clients. I would recommend them for all of your photographic printing needs!

I had a client who needed photo coverage at a dinner and then 50 printed 5x7s delivered the next morning. myPhotopipe had everything printed ahead of schedule and my client was thrilled with the prints and the turnaround. Thanks for taking good care of us when we have special requests!

Maybe I'm wrong, but when I order a couple 16x20 mounted prints, I am surprised when I get two mounted prints that are smaller than 16x20. In fact, 15.7x19.7. Even stranger, I was told that if I wanted a 16x20, I had to order the next size up, 20x24. The inaccuracy I experienced is "within their margin of error." This is after I drove an hour to pick up, after I drove an hour home and noticed it wasn't the size I ordered.

And the larger size: $34 more than the $66 I already paid. Exasperated I ordered two more mounted prints, a size bigger than I wanted, creating a 4x4 border around the actual picture size I needed, paid $100 instead of $66, and was irked that there is nowhere on the order site that says I need to order larger than the size I want or that there is an expectation that there will be cropping of over 1/4".

And the money spent on the pieces that were too small would not be refunded until I brought them back in. I brought the pieces back once the others were ready since their operating hours are only when I'm at work, an hour away (not their fault, but adding to frustration). Now I have some too-big pieces that I'll cut myself, but they had a chance at redemption; when I spoke with the woman taking my return I explained that I will be refunded $66 for these pieces, but what I really wanted was to just pay $66 as advertised, rather than the $100 for 20x24 pieces.

She said she'd note that they should refund my $100 instead of the $66 because really, that's what I wanted and ordered and why should I get or pay for anything else? Makes sense. They refunded $66. TL;DR: + prints large format in good quality + turnaround is about 5-7 days (longer is expected because of mounting) - low precision, cut 13"^2 off of each photo - blamed the customer, said it was within their margin of error - has an unstated margin of error that is not on their website + offered a refund - required me to return before giving me a refund - charged 50% more than cost of size I wanted to get me size I wanted + considered refund on the larger size - didn't refund the larger size, a week and a half later without telling me Not a great experience.

I have had a long history with MyPhotoPipe, and it hasn't always been great. I'm writing this review because their performance over the past year has been nothing short of absolutely amazing, and I believe their effort to turn things around needs to be recognized/applauded/reflected in newer reviews. I am a professional photographer and I live just a couple of miles from MyPhotoPipe, so they were my go to lab for a couple of years between 2010 and 2013. Then, they had some issues with one of their suppliers which resulted in me having an issue with them as my supplier, and things between us got pretty ugly before I walked out the door in 2013 - assuming I would never walk back in. HOWEVER, since that time, their entire organizational structure and customer support team has been completely overhauled.

They hired Shari, a well-respected member of our local special event industry community, to head up their customer service support team. She is an award-winning photographer herself, and completely understands what consumers and professional photographers need and want from a lab. She has hired and trained a staff to match! I get the sort of premium service from them that I would not expect from a lab with such competitive rates; these days all of the folks at MyPhotoPipe are truly invested in providing great customer service and a great product! I would absolutely give them a try if you are hunting a solid lab - especially if you need a local lab in Atlanta!

Was surprised to see negative reviews for this spot. I've had great results. My only disappointment was when I got a very large print done and the clarity reduced dramatically while the other picture of the same size looked fine. The online order system doesn't give you any indication of loss of quality or pixilation issues with increased picture size.

Unfortunately I spent about 30 dollars for a picture that can never be used. Other then that I've been happy with myphotopipe. Perhaps in the future they will contact me when the problem is as obvious as it was.

I accidentally sent in the wrong photo and the customer service rep worked with me quickly and efficiently in order to change my order. My photo was ordered yesterday and i picked up my 20x30 print today at around 1130. Absolutely amazing image quality and I couldn't be happier with the results. 10/10 I will be recommending all of my friends to get their Motorcycle prints here as well!

I live locally, so I don't know anything about their shipping or orders not showing up, since I always go pick them up. But what I can say is that the prices are very good, and they run promotions almost all the time, so I can save even more money if I wait til they're having one and then order everything I need. The printing quality is very good.

I usually order lustre prints, but I've tried prints of every type and they've all come out fine. I like the online ordering system which allows you to order your photos with 1/4 borders (important if they will be matted). The turnaround time is also very fast. I can place an order in the morning and have it be ready by afternoon. My only problems. a couple times when ordering 4x6 prints, they've been crooked or part of the print has been cut off.

You might think 4x6 is too small to worry about, but I still want my prints to be well done. Also, a couple times, the system has accidentally charged me twice for prints I only ordered once. Customer service is willing to correct the problem, but I'm still tired of having to do that. This has only happened when I've placed large orders with many different photos, so I may just try placing multiple small orders instead of one big order.

The pictures were great but the web site is insecure, and various parts are just flat out broken (like the contact us section). If they don't take storing your password in a secure manner seriously, think about what they'll do with your credit card number.

I've had a few products printed through myPhotoPipe, specifically, two printed canvases and two large photo prints. All was great; I loved what I was receiving. However, my last orders with myPhotoPipe never made it to me. I contacted them and received an e-mail response saying that they apologized, would give me half off, and the product was being printed and sent.

Three weeks later, and the product still had yet to arrive. I asked them to cancel the order. I decided this was probably a fluke and decided to have some prints created for a photo show I was having. Photos never came in time. I will never use myPhotopipe again.

Horrible service I placed my order 30 days ago. After 1 unanswered email, and no less than 6 phone calls, 4 different promised dates of arrival, 3 different reasons for delay, and a 30% off for my "next visit", I'll be receiving my prints the "DAY OF THE SHOW". I hope they look good, because I'm receiving them "DAY OF THE SHOW". I wish they just told me two weeks ago after my first call they couldn't do it, instead of stringing me along. Or email or call me to let me know of the delays. They have cost me time, money, and aggravation. And I still haven't seen the prints. Horrible.

I also had high hopes for this company as companion to a couple other pro shops I use and was very interested in some of their products. All I can say is THANK GOODNESS I didn't try them out with a wedding client or other paying customer. I ordered $100 worth of products 10 days ago. Website says turnaround one day, plus one if you wanted images color corrected.

I sent email day 3 and order still "printing" according to their website. Got email back 2 days later saying they were having a supply problem and my order will be ready next week. Sent another day 9 still "printing"and got another email saying it will be ready next week. Are you kidding me? That would put me around 3 weeks. The annoying thing is that I keep getting emails from this company running promotions 40% off.etc.

So they are running promotions knowing full well they do not have the supplies to fulfill orders. Sounds very sketchy.like someones going out of business.pocketing the cash and not delivering product.

I originally had high hopes for myPhotoPipe.com. The idea is a good one: you submit your digitial images to their website, and they print them for you. The prices are comparable to other similar companies in the area, but the customer service at myPhotoPipe is terrible. Their turn around time for canvas printing is horrible, and their system doesn't allow you to accurately track your order.

You get an email telling you when it is done, but no confirmation that it was successfully submitted and you certainly can't get a hold of anyone at the business to ask them if and when you can expect your prints. Avoid these people at all costs.
