I ordered tax forms from this company on 12/17/20. As of 1/14, I still have not received my order. I called customer service and was informed their supplier is behind and no idea when the order would go out. I am shocked that they never let me know these were on backorder nor did they do anything to communicate the delay to me. I had to cancel my order and get supplies somewhere else at the last minute given these forms have a deadline of 1/31/21. Be wary of delivery times when ordering from this company.

I have been a customer for several years ordering mostly client tax folders and envelopes. I love the quality of products which helps keep up my company's image. Customer service is top notch and they really stand behind their work.

Very friendly, great customer service, and fast shipping. Also, my niece loves the cool original things their Iscream Division comes out with like the T-Shirt in the picture. She especially loves the pillows and blankets. My other niece is crazy about the little clip on toys. 5 stars.

Was not entirely happy with quality or how the lenticular cards ordered turned out. Would have given a better rating, but after 3 emails to customer service and being completely ignored, I'd say be wary of doing business with this company if you are internet based, not phone based (even though they took the order from start to finish without issue)

My husband has been a long time customer of the Mines Press. They have great products for my husband's business. They guarantee their products and if you are not happy how things came out they will redo it to your satisfaction. This is a guarantee he has taken them up on only once since he has always been satisfied with the products he has received.

The customer service representatives are very helpful and if they do not know the answer to his question they will get an answer either by putting him on a brief hold or call back in a timely matter.

I ordered stock, not special order but stock, envelopes from Mines Press in early December so that I would have them in time to send materials out for tax season in early January. The bill arrived mid-December (they're pretty good about getting those out) but by the 10th of January still no envelopes. Despite repeated phone calls and promises that they were on their way, no envelopes.

I should have been suspicious when they couldn't provide a UPS tracking number and low and behold by the 10th of January we were informed they hadn't shipped and wouldn't be shipped until the 14th of January. Far too late to be of any use for their intended purpose. Customer service is non-existent. Don't even expect an adjustment, they don't even offer an apology or explanation.

All you really get is a pile of attitude. We have been a good customer for many years but I guess that doesn't count for anything, there will be another sucker coming right along when we don't order from Mines press again.

I've ordered stickers, folders and employment law posters from Mines Press and I have always been pleased with the service. The turn around time, help with design, delivery of goods has all been excellent. Their page is easy to shop and their selection is the best around- everything you need to keep your business looking sharp!

I have purchased many of our firm's office supplies over the past few years from the Mines Press. Always top-notch quality and customer service. Recently reordered custom folders and forgot to tell them that my address had changed. They were nice enough to replace my folders free of charge. Thank you.

It's time to end this relationship. I've been purchasing business cards from The Mines Press for many years and they have been ok. My latest order came and all 500 cards were cut wrong. The replacements came and all cards were cut wrong again. I'm now waiting for a third shipment. I called and was told they don't check before they ship! What a terrible way to run a business.

A top quality company from their products to their service. I order all my presentation products and office supplies from them. Their foil stamped folders are exceptional.

Top notch products, top shelf service. We ordered some calendars from them, and the shipper damaged a box, resulting in damaged calendars. I spoke with their representative Genie, and she handled the manner in a professional and timely manner. We're getting some replacement calendars sent in 7-10 days. BTW - their pricing is pretty good too! A great company to deal with!

Update on my review from a few months ago: Minespress contacted our agency and did right by the orders. We continue to do business with them still because they were able to correct the problem and communicate solutions with us. Thank you. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Normally happy with this vendor but not so thrilled as of late.

We ordered non-customized insurance card holders. As of Friday, July 22nd.they told me that it wouldn't even ship out until the end of the following week. This after having ordered the items 3 weeks ago. I understand that it gets busy and things get back-ordered. Maybe it's because my orders were small items? Either way, please make sure that delays in production included in the information when consumers buy your product.

You can't claim to have a quick turnaround on the website but not fulfill those claims. I called two weeks later after I've waited and waited for my items. The money was taken, but my back-ordered items remain in limbo. An email letting us know would have been nice. A discount, or a coupon for a future or current purchase would have worked too. I got nothing. C'mon guys, do better than that.

We have been ordering tax folders and envelopes from Mines for the past 7 years. One thing pisses me off about their expired phone charger rewards. I have been requesting them not to send me expired phone charges for for past 3 years but they keep sending expired ones. I have a suggestion for them. I ordered folders for tax returns a couple years ago. They worked, they fit, all was fine. My clients no longer get paper copies and so I don't use these folders. Unfortunately, Mines Press has me on a list and I get big packages each month or so with sample products. I've called twice to be removed from the list but "I'm not in their system". My information was sold to another company, yet they are sending me Mines Press marketing materials. Anyway, I just wanted other people to be aware that your information will be sold and you won't stop receiving these annoying mailings.

For my CPA practice I ordered imprinted tax return folders from Mines Press for several years. The printing was good, the folders attractive, the prices fair, the delivery prompt. No problems.

Please stop and read this before placing an order with this company! I ordered envelope size calenders and sent my color artwork to them. When I placed my order it states on their website "Besides their colorful graphics" so assuming everything that you send them will be in color. When placing the order it reads when you upload your artwork "You may upload files for your imprint by clicking "Select Files" below.

Choose your file (you may also choose more than one file if necessary) and click open. Your files will be automatically uploaded. We currently accept the following file formats: *JPEG, TIFF, EPS, PDF, PSD, AI, INDD Please note that all files should be of high quality. If we have a problem with your artwork quality, we will contact you. Never does it state that your artwork will inprint in Black! Also, the style that I ordered was an ESC-1.

There is so much wasted space on this calendar that you need glasses to see the months and days! Then when I spoke to Jeannie at this company about my concern, and advised her that this was misleading. She replied back to me with "Oh come on". She said they will rerun my calendars for an additional price. I wouldn't give this company another dime. Beware of them, and do your homework before you use them! My suggestion is use another company!
