This business used to be a decent place to get your images, invitations, etc. The employee they had in charge of their Graphic Designs (KayCee) did a phenomenal job! She was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Without her, and with no replacement this business has flatlined in the Graphic Design department. How does an employer dare to call his business a graphic design store with only ONE designer that was EXTREMELY over tasked with other departmental tasks like running the counter and the UPS/FEDEX department?

Now you can't even get simple printouts or invitations done here because they've failed to replace their broken equipment, and replace their designer, two very critical items to income.
