Begun in 1957 in a small space above a shop in downtown Jackson, Tennessee, Mid-South Color Labs was one of the first color labs in the Southeast. Because our company has always been on the cutting edge of technology, Mid-South Color Labs grew quickly into a top-notch custom color lab and has expanded to include a 15,000 square foot facility with state-of-the-art equipment.
We all want the same thing: to create images that will make a real impact on the lives of our clients. Images and products that stand the test of time. When that is accomplished, you have done your clients a great service. And, in the process, you feel more personally fulfilled as a photographic artist.
Our desire at Mid-South is to be extremely easy with which to do business, and to make our services as complete and as easy to understand as possible. To that end, we are providing the following questions and answers to better explain our services. A. We need a new customer setup form. I recently purchased some Luma Vue panels from Mid-South Color Labs. When I sent them my artwork, one of their folks contacted me, to ask if I had a better file, because my image would have been pixelated. That they took this extra step to ensure my satisfaction meant a lot. One of my panels arrived with a slightly different plug. usually not a big deal but this is going in a fancy spot, and Whoosh!
New plug sent and a return label to get the old one back. There was a defect in the paint on one of the panels. Again, WHOOSH! Replacement panel sent. Their customer service is remarkably incredible. I can't wait to place my next order with Mid-South Color Labs. I wish all the suppliers I worked with made doing business with them this easy.
