Metro Printer Service

This is a small family business that did an outstanding job repairing my home office printer. I had first taken the malfunctioning printer elsewhere, but it was not fixed when returned to me. Happily, I found Metro Printer Services, and for a V-E-R-Y reasonable price, they made my printer functional again! They were quick (less than a day), professional, communicative about the issue they found (a jammed scrap of paper deep in the innards), and the tests they ran to make sure the issue had been fixed. Highly highly recommend.

I don't normally take time to write reviews, but I'm thrilled. My 5 year old HP home printer suddenly stopped printing the black or red ink. Someone suggested my ink probably dried up, so I put in new ink cartridges but had the same problem. I started shopping for new printers to learn that their quality has dropped significantly. Plus, all my ink at home (over $100 worth) would become useless.

That's when I started researching about the ability to clean dried ink from the printer heads. I called Metro Printer Services, and they were optimistic that a good overnight cleaning for $45 would do the trick! Sure enough, the next day I picked it up, and it's printing like it's brand new! I'm so thankful for Metro Printer Services since this has been an otherwise great printer. Plus, I can use up my ink now!

Small family owned printer services company. I had a problem with my Brother laser printer and they fixed it quickly and inexpensively. Great service.

These people are very very knowledable and fair priced! They'll even attempt to fix any of your printers/devices for next to no $$ before you replace them! They truly are the 1 stop shop for printer related things!
