Excellent customer service, quick, convenient, and affordable. What else can you ask from a business? In my opinion, nothing else. I will keep getting my construction drawings copy here.

This is a great place to do copy work. They are fast, professional, and KIND folks. My primary need is reproducing/laminating LOST DOG flyers when a rescue or foster dog escapes from home. Often these are dogs from difficult backgrounds, who are temporarily placed with foster families pending adoption. They are scared, in unfamiliar surroundings, and can bolt if the chance arises. TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE in these cases in getting flyers out before the dog gets too far or hit by a car. Recently, the good folks at McLean Copy dropped everything to squeeze in a quick order of 80 posters when they learned it was for a lost dog. That is my kind of company! They also do great work!

Wow! This place is amazing! Called a big name guy and they quoted us more than double what Bob did in record time! So impressive!

Have been using this printer/copy shop for many, many years. Construction plans, brochures, flyers, etc. They have done more for me than I can even remember. Stop in the shop and get whatever printed or I have emailed and go in and pick it up. Wonderful to work with, great pricing and I can not give anyone a better review. Thanks for always taking such good care of me.

Be aware that the address listed on yelp is actually slightly wrong. It's actually located on Beverley Street. What a wonderful place. They did a fabulous job on the seating chart and welcome sign for my best friends wedding. Reasonably priced extremely fast service.

I walked into McLean copy with a tight deadline and an even tighter budget. They worked with me to get what I needed printed quickly and at a price I could afford.

I normally do not go out of my way to write reviews, but my two recent experiences at Mclean Copy were so atrocious that I feel it's necessary to warn potential customers that it's better for their time and money to take their business elsewhere. I recently used this business to print postcards and posters. Both products had glaring problems--the text on the postcards looked terrible and the poster was printed in incorrect colors.

When I very politely pointed this out to the owner, he immediately became rude, indignant, and aggressive--quite the opposite of what you would expect. Rather than saying, "I'm sorry that this came out poorly, we will do our best to fix it." He said, "This is as good as it's going to look. I don't need your business, and I'm not going to waste my time arguing over a $30 job." I should add that I had gotten both of these exact same files printed elsewhere and both the color and print quality were far superior at these other places.so I know it wasn't the file.

And both times when I told the owner, "this isn't how it was designed and it's not how it's supposed to look, " he had the gall to say to me, "Mam, you need to remember that no one but you knows what it's supposed to look like." Hearing that from an allegedly professional printer absolutely blew my mind. Do yourself a favor and get your printing / copying needs fulfilled elsewhere. This may be the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

The staff here are friendly, helpful, and flexible. I had a small print job, only about 18 pages, and they worked with me to make sure that I was satisfied with the product's format and output type before they charged me. Their rates are reasonable, their equipment produces good results, and their customer service is at a once funny and helpful. I hope they get plenty of good business; a local place with workers like these deserves business and success.

I recently used McLean copy for a few small printing jobs. While quality of their work is acceptable, they have quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever encountered. When a job turned out not as expected/desired, I engaged the owner and his staff person in a discussion about it. In return, they were very rude and aggressive with myself and my staff. In short, their reaction to what must be a normal customer service encounter for a print shop was childish, unprofessional, and uncalled for.
