When I think of Mike Henry with the Les Olsen Company, I think of EXCELLENCE! Mike is always there when you need him. Not only does he take care of you, but he takes time to get to know you and learn about your problems. He doesn't just throw a bandage on things and "call it a day." This is a testament to his strong leadership skills, comparable to none. Thank you for always being one call away and everything you do, Mike!

We LOVE Les Olson! Mindi Jack takes care of our account and got us setup with an awesome copy machine that suits us perfectly, she's so attentive, always stopping by with treats and checking in to make sure LOC is meeting the needs of our team. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Let me start by saying that this is a company that stands by their products and service! My company was in the middle of an emergency and had to begin shipping product 24/7, in the middle of the evening on a Friday night my Printer ran out of toner (My fault), long after stores had closed. I contacted my sales rep. Gary Facer and explained the situation to him, he advised that he would call me right back.

As I waited for a return call assuming that with it being Friday night and long after hours that he would call back and say we could help on Monday. That was not the case here, Gary immediately called me back and explained that he took care of it and that the CFO of the company would meet me at their store. The CFO met me there and opened the store just to get me what I needed.

No store does that! but they did. I was so impressed with that level of customer service (that doesn't exist anymore). I will continue to be a loyal customer and recommend this company to everyone I know.

I question all the 5-star reviews on here. While the company has been responsive, they look for ways to charge extra every possible opportunity. I bought a Macintosh, and they tried to charge me extra. Why would a Macintosh be extra? My documents are coming out with large artifacts on them (boxes and birds, strange shapes making the documents unusable) and they're trying to charge me extra again.

It's their printer not working. Why should we have to pay them to get their printer to work? We get charged for color copies when we should be getting charged for black and white. So we end up paying 5x as much to print as we should have to pay. We have struggled to get our Les Olsen printer to work for the last four years. When I tell them the sales person promised this or that, they say they don't have to honor his promises because he no longer works there.

What company says that? If we told our customers that we didn't have to honor what our sales person promised, we wouldn't have any customers! I'm hoping future customers look up the one-star reviews on here rather than just look at that 5-star rating. I'm almost ready to break my contract because they're not willing to honor what they sold us.

Darren Blackburn is the absolute best tech ever. He always spends a few minutes with me to explain what the issue was. He always goes above his job description. He has a ton of knowledge and is always willing to share. He is definitely one of the best ever! Thank you Darren!

Les Olson Company has been managing American Fork City's Managed Print Services for several years now. Aimee Bowers does a fantastic job of keeping me informed of copier and printer usage, money saving opportunities, maintenance needs, and a lot more throughout our organization. DEAN IS THE BEST! We've been using our same Sharp printer at our office for nearly 8 years, and Dean taught me how to do things with this printer I never knew how to do that made things SO MUCH EASIER! He was super helpful and kind, and very patient when we had questions. Dean is an awesome tech!

Les Olson has always been a wonderful partner when it comes to providing and maintaining our Sharp machines. Recently when a moving company destroyed one of our machines in transit, Bryan Hammer went to bat in helping us make sure that we were taken care of. Bryan also has been wonderful to work with as we moved into neighboring states. He helped find affiliates that could maintain our maintenance agreements. We will always trust our Sharp machines in the hands of Les Olson.

Our organization has been a Les Olson Customer for years, and this team is excellent. The IT staff is knowledgeable, and they care deeply about their customers. They regularly go above and beyond the call of duty. They are also legitimately good community members. We have a professional business relationship, but the staff at Les Olson have also sought ought ways to volunteer at our non-profit. A+, would recommend.

Les Olson is a great group to do business with, I worked with Bryan Hammer on many deployment projects, Bryan truly cares about his clients, he goes above and beyond to make sure client needs are met, he has great communication skills and great follow up. I have also worked directly with Les Olson Service and Technology department they are extremely friendly, upbeat, knowledgeable. Highly recommend them for Managed print and IT Services, workflow Automation and interactive displays.

Les Olson cares about the people they work with! They have wonderful and responsive employees. Trevor Crystal and Mike Henry treat you like family. When I leave a message, they are very prompt to return the call, usually within less than half an hour. It is great to know that old fashion service is not out of style. I always know I can count on them to be prompt, honest and fair. Thank you for being my go-to-guys.

I have been working with Randy Whipple for about four years now. He is awesome! He calls me every couple of months to see is we need any supplies and we have become very good friends. I feel like he values me as a person not just as a customer. We often spend more time talking about family and Jazz games than we do business. I love working with him. I am so thankful that we decided to buy our machines from Les Olson because their customer service is amazing!

Les Olson it's been our office supplier for years. A few months ago, we bought a new office printer from them and I am so happy to have it, it is fast, silent, smooth and very efficient. I cannot leave this review without mention our great Supply Specialist Randy Whipple. He is the best! He is always taking care of us and he comes often to the office making sure that we have everything that we need to run our business, he is definitely a remarkable person. We are so happy to have such a great office supplier company and an excellent supply specialist.

I began working with Les Olson Company over a year ago when I open Retro Fitness Cedar City. I have been very pleased with the service and the competitive pricing!
