Kristen Carter is part of the Melanie Nemetz team and has been a great asset to our move to Arizona. She first was able to help us find a rental house as we navigated the area to find out where we wanted to buy. This during the height or Covid and she delivered a great place all via online. Once we found our future home to buy at Cooley Station (a new build) she guided us and offered great advice all along the way.

This process was not easy with all the Covid and supply chain issues but I know we would still be in our rental is it wasn't for Kristen. If you are looking great realtor that is in your side during the whole process this team is for you.

Melanie and Erika are amazing! When Melanie came to our home asking if we were interested in selling our home, our first response was "no" as we believed that we could not compete in this crazy market. We wanted to downsize at some point and remain in our lovely Power Ranch neighborhood, but could not see it working financially at this time. We did not want to waste her time.

She told us that she was more than happy to call us when a smaller home came up for sale and so the journey began. We probably looked at 4-5 homes, put offers in on all of them, and was always out bid.until our Timberline retirement home became available and she and her team were able to make the deal happen.
