Kirk-Rudy is a long-time OEM partner with HP Specialty Printing Systems. Our NetJet line of inkjet printers are all designed to use TIJ 2.5 cartridges. We offer the complete line of genuine brand HP industrial ink in 45A style TIJ 2.5 cartridges and bulk systems. We are also OEM partners with General Ink Company and offer some of their more popular inks.
Our Tech Wipes are the only cloths you should be using when wiping the print heads of your ink cartridges, and piezo print heads. These 4" x 4" microseal 100% knitted polyester wipes are lint free and contain no fibers that can damage print head nozzles. This industrial quality sprayer will hold water, solvents, and flush.

I reached out to Kirk-Rudy, and quickly heard back from one of their engineers, Larry, who really went above and beyond to help me quickly solve the problem.
