The way they speak to their customers is appalling. Do yourself a favor and find another company to work with. This place isn't worth your business.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Awful service! They took $2500 from a friend for a sign. Then proceeded to give them the run around for over a year! Finally, today they said they won't fix the sign that was paid for and no refund of the money!

This place is the worst. We paid them up front for a new sign and letters. The sign worked for about a month and now it won't hold the letters. It was installed incorrectly. The owner, Scott is never in the office and won't return our phone calls. This is for a NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION - we keep getting the run around. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. They are scam artists - you would be better off going with another company because they do not stand by their work and they do a terrible job!
