JQ office equipment has been great for our office. From providing quality printers for both small and large scale to excellent customer service on toner and paper. I work with TJ for my office copier. We've had it about a year now. I appreciate that I no longer have to worry about what the copier is doing. I used to have to buy a new one every couple years.

Jason has been AWESOME to work with at JQ Office. He's very helpful and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to our printing and office needs. We were having troubles with our printer being connected to our computers, they sent a service guy right away. He was also very helpful and had us back up and running in no time. JQ Office Equipment has been our office equipment and service partner for our three Window World locations for over ten years. The JQ Office team, from ownership to support staff, has always delivered for us in a big way. When we first engaged with JQ, our account manager took the time to understand our needs, and catered a solution to those needs, rather than force product or services he wanted to sell that we may not have necessarily needed.

At each renewal, we received the same thorough needs analysis to ensure we were re-tooling as necessary. We lease all of our print/scan/fax equipment through JQ, and they perform the service on those machines as well. They are extremely responsive to trouble tickets every single time, and make sure that everything is working again before they leave.

There are always a variety of reasons to consider alternatives when it comes to selecting business service partners, but with JQ, there are even more reasons to continue on with this relationship.
