Our beginnings date back to 1981 in downtown Las Cruces with 2 employees, one small copier and one ABDick printing press.

In our digital print center, we have all of the cutting-edge equipment to get your jobs done and right the first time. Our equipment provides high-quality prints at fast speeds; our inline processes allow us to perform more functions such as folding, stapling and assembling jobs on one machine. This saves time and money compared to traditional print and bindery services, thus more automation and speed which gets jobs into your hands fast.
Our in-house graphic team can create content for your business needs. Once our designers have a proof ready to go, we will send you a proof to get your approval. We will not print until said proof is checked for errors and ultimately given a green light. If there happens to be an error after proof is approved, there will be an additional charge to fix the mistake and reprint.

The office needed some linen type of paper stock.not white. The array of colors and textures was almost too much. But if you are looking for beautiful stationary type paper, this is your place. Terrific supply of office needs too. We had some printing done there and while the cards look nice it did take a bit longer than one would expect from an in house printer.
And the "design" fee to place a pre-prepared logo on a blank inside card seemed a bit much. I will certainly use them for the nice paper we need for printing documents at the office. But I am gonna shop around for a better printing place.

I brought in an existing business card of mine, they printed them a couple years before and I wanted another box of 500. When I picked up the box they had printed them differently, they weren't the same as my previous card - they left out two lines that I have on the card. I brought this to their attention and they just laughed it off saying, " I guess we made a mistake.". It's Vistaprint for me now.

Stopped by one day after waiting forever at another print shop down the street. I was in and out of here in 3 minutes. They saved me. Today is my second time here. As soon as I walked in Demitris greeted me and welcomed me back and again got me in and out in a few short minutes. I found my new go to print center! Thanks insta copy. See you soon

So, according to their website, Insta-Copy has been around since 1981. They also say, and I quote: "Our clients range from the largest companies and organizations to some of the smallest - all with one thing in common.each expects and deserves the very highest levels of product quality and prompt, professional service and support." Yeah.not so much.
I went there twice to pick up some plans that my boss emailed to them to be printed. First, they were not even aware that someone had emailed them anything. Second, the nice lady behind the counter was spending a large amount of time talking to another customer about the flyers she was printing for him. At the same time, about ten male employees were moving in a new printer/plotter and completely ignored me.
When I finally got someones attention, they checked their email and printed one page. The email actually had four pages. Ugh. Anyways, the service is bad (anyone ever heard of email alerts?!) and the decor looks like the Office Supply Place That Time Forgot. Dude, paint or something. This place is depressing.
