Powder Coating is an electrostatic process. Special equipment is used to charge powder particles, which then allows the powder to adhere to the part, creating a protective finish. The Liquid Coating paint process is the spray application of paint to products. We offer polyurethane, water-based, solvent-based, and high-solid paints, as well as specialty finishes such as conductive coatings and dry film lubricants. The finishes can be smooth or textured. Our Screen Printing division provides two processes for applying text or images to products: Screen Printing and Pad Printing.

Conformal Coatings are specially formulated materials made of silicon, urethane, and acrylic. These materials are designed to protect printed circuit boards and related equipment from environmental factors. This process improves and extends the circuit board's working life and ensures security and reliability of performance.
Our Screen Printing division provides two processes for applying text or images to products: Screen Printing and Pad Printing. Screen Printing is the application of lettering and graphics to panels, chassis, covers and brackets. Labels and decals are die-cut from various materials and can be applied directly to the surface of parts for things such as serial numbers, directions, or decorations. In Pad Printing, a machine applies graphics to irregularly shaped parts, such as keyboard keys, where screen printing is not an option.
We have completed many military projects over the years, always certifying conformance to military specifications. We have the expertise and qualifications, and hold the necessary licenses, for conducting contracts on military equipment, both directly for the government and as a third party working with defense contractors. We offer a wide range of Chemical Agent Resistant Coatings (CARC), as well as primers and Powder Coatings that meet Mil-Spec requirements.
