Wayne at indie printing is the best! He is so helpful and always fast with responding to emails. Also their work is exceptional! I highly recommend them! I used them for a personal project and then my boss ended up wanting to use them too!

Love it when they leave you on hold for 15min to see if they have matte paper. You would think a print shop would know if they have matte paper.

My prints came out great. I sent them designed work and they were very prompt in printing and shipping it to me. I didn't realize that they were located in California until after I had ordered but they still worked with me and shipped my stuff to Florida in a timely manner. I'm really happy with the product

Local, friendly, responsive, and reasonably priced. I love Indie Printing! I came in to print programs for a show, they helped cut the paper, staple the covers, and made sure I got everything on time for the show.

Ben has saved me so many times! My print requests are always last minute and he has always accommodated. I just email my print files and he prints my flyers same day. The best prices, turnaround time, quality, and customer service I've ever found for business printing.

I've used Indie Printing that last couple of years for print jobs for an LA event and been pleased with the work. When my order(s) would be ready late on the Friday night before the Sunday event, I figured I'd just pick them up on Saturday morning (without checking to make sure they'd be open). So on Saturday I completely freaked out when I realized my print jobs were stuck inside their closed business, with less than 24 hours until my event. However, someone replied to my panicked email and the owner was able to send someone to let me in to get my order. I will never again forget that they are closed on the weekend, and I will continue to work with Indie Printing because they went above and beyond for me and saved my A**.

These guys really came through when all others failed. I had a last minute print job I needed before an event and I called over 15 different places if they could do a last minute order of business cards (this was at 6pm). Every printing company turned me down and said they couldn't take me but indie printing took me with open arms and turned it around in an hour. I highly recommend these guys-- they did a fantastic job with my business card prints.

Was very happy with service and results a year ago so decided to go back to self print a file over two hundred sheets. Was charged 7 cents per sheet?! Guy behind said that copies are 5.5 cents but printing is 7. Please clearly label your prices at your store. On a side note, quality is great.

I love how Indie Printing handled my first order of wire bound color booklets. The finished booklets are much better than I had hoped, and Megan worked with me to exceed my expectations.

These guy are very professional they do a great job with my graphics, printing and they have a speedy turn around not to mention the price is very reasonable. Indie Printing save my life today. I was on my way to a networking party and forgot to bring my business cards, so I called around to Staples, Office Depot, FedEx, all the other printing companies asking if they can help me out and print me up some cards right away. No one could help me and then I called Indie. They made me a hundred cards within 45 minutes and while they could have charged me anything, their price was very reasonable considering the rush job. Anytime I am in LA I'm going to use Indie!

We needed a vinyl banner printed at the last minute for a conference, and after calling several places around town, Indie Printing was the only one willing and able to come through and save us. They had our banner finished (and it was beautifully done!) in an unbelievably short period of time that same day. They really came through and went the extra mile. If I lived in town, they would definitely be my go-to for all my printing needs.

We used Indie Printing to print a small book for a student organization at USC. We worked with both Wayne and Andrey who were incredibly helpful as we navigated the process of editing files and images to create a really beautiful product! We would definitely recommend.

I was extremely pleased with the help I received from Anton, a print specialist at indie printing. I felt he really went above and beyond to help me try and find a solution for my project. And although my project may turn out to be too customized of a job that they can do right now -- I wouldn't hesitate to bring my next project to them because I appreciate the level of effort and interest in helping me solve my printing problems!

I came to Indie Printing to get various labels made for my small business. Over the course of 2 months, I worked with 3 different employees, which made the process prolonged and confusing. I found out a day before my deadline that my order was misquoted. This made me decide to cancel my order, since the new quote would have been way too expensive.

I canceled my order and asked for a full refund, when lead to a rude phone call from Wayne who questioned and argued against my cancellation. Through my time working with the various Indie Printing employees, I recieved poor customer service, which in turn resulted in my company missing our deadline and being extremely inconvenienced. I only decided to write this review because I wanted to express how disappointed and upset I was with the customer service I recieved, and hope that this honest review helps to make a change in the company so that other customers do not get the same experience.

The customer service here is substandard. If they were cheaper, it would be fine. But they are a little too expensive for being so utterly unhelpful. From a full service printer who overcharges for their services, I'd expect more willingness to discuss the project I'm about to spend several hundred dollars on.

I've tried a couple different printing places and this one is my favorite. They're very attentive to your order and will work with you to get it perfect. Decent prices too!

Great quality printing in general. The only glitch is poor customer service. This is a place where you'll get all your printing needs completed, simply don't expect great service and you'll be just fine.

Indie printing is the best print studio in my opinion. Students friendly. Reasonable price. Ricardo, Eddie, and everyone at Indie is just great. I have an oversized book and different finished ink for my paper, everything turn out great! Also, lots of nice stock paper to choose.

Great selection, great style, great customer service. Website is very helpful. Staff responded promptly to my emails. Pickup was easy. Lots of metered parking in the area. I love being able to support a local printer. I've only used them for business cards so far, but eventually I'll be going back for letterhead and other specialty printing jobs!
